GoogleWesam managed my property while I lived abroad. We had tenants throughout the 18 month period with no gaps. He managed everything end to end and I have very little involvement, which was extremely important to me. Exceptional service and I’d definitely go back to him next time I need to rent out a property.

GoogleJack and Phoebe were great for our flat sale in a tricky market. Always upbeat and persistent pushing through the sale/purchase over a long time frame. Jack is very good at answering his phone! Even with bad news or no news he will still pick up. This is very important in customer service and really stood out when I often couldn't get hold of anyone else. GoogleJack Taggart & Co were contracted to market my property in Mar 2022. I withdrew from the subsequent sale in July 2022 as I was unable to find a property to buy. I decided to market my property again in April 2024. On 15 April 2024 I contacted a number of agents to come and value my property. It then came to light that Jack Taggart & Co had been marketing my property from 15 March 2024 to 22 April 2024 on Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market, Prime Location and the Jack Taggart & Co website. This marketing used the photos and details from March 2022 without my consent or any form of legal contract in place. Interestingly the property was withdrawn marked SSTC on 22 April 2024. A subsequent conversation with Rightmove highlighted that my property had been marketed by Jack Taggart & Co on at least two further occasions in 2023 again without my consent or any formal contract in place. This is a strange way for an estate agent to behave given the requirements in respect of my personal data. I am highlighting this matter to ensure that no one else has a similar experience as I consider that the actions of this agent have blighted the sale of my property for the time being as it will appear to potential buyers that there have been at least 3 failed sales in the period since early 2023 and in fact the property was never for sale until it was marketed by another agent from 29 April 2024.

GoogleI met Jack in 2016 while buying my first home. I had met several estate agents during the process, I found Jack had a better approach and a greater ability to listen to my requirements and needs then others. A year later I contacted Jack for a current valuation and he gave me his honest opinion, he also gave me sound advice and pointers, the value today is a good £40k greater after acting on the advice he gave and all the while not once has Mr.Taggart applied aggressive sales techniques or applied pressure on me to either buy or sell and that is a rarity and the difference between Jack Taggart and every other estate agent I have come across. He has good local knowledge, nationwide contacts, he is well mannered and respectful making him my first port of call for buying and selling my properties.

GoogleWe travelled from London to Brighton to view properties and they did not turn up at the property when they had confirmed the date and time by email. When we phoned firstly they said that property was not on their books then when we quoted the email at them they said they did not have the keys. GoogleSelling? You need Jack Taggart and his team. We were selling my mothers property. Probate would take time. Selling a property before probate is tricky but we were facing a predicted downturn in the market. From the beginning, realistic advice was given. The predictions have proved to be spot on. Team Taggart addressed the problems as they arose. Within a week of the decision to market, Jack Taggart found a suitable buyer. His team checked the ability to buy; no chain. Jack kept the buyer on board from last late summer until we obtained probate in January, exchange in February and completion in the early spring. Jack well done; this is proof of your ability Interestingly, in that period, an adjoining property marketed (at exactly the same time) has just come back on the market. Pleased we didn’t go with that Agent. If you are selling, get this team on your side. Professional. Knowledgeable. Realistic They do exactly what they say they will do and no surprises with the bill If I could, it would be six stars.

As an ex estate agent myself I was very ‘picky’ about who I selected to market my home and I have to say Jack and his team are beyond doubt the best agency I have had experience of in the Brighton and hove area. After meeting his lead negotiator on a viewing I was so impressed above all other agencies we’d viewed through (which was a lot!) I called him first and found his care, professionalism and charisma spot on. I experienced a long and difficult conveyancing process and Jack’s support was second to none. I would never consider any other agent in the future and certainly can’t complain that he sold my flat on the first viewing day at well over asking price!
