GoogleJack was great, he was available every time I needed his assistance, which was quite a lot! We had a case of solicitors on either side not getting on at all and the sale would have undoubtedly gone wrong had Jack not been on hand to smooth the journey along when most would have given up. I have had the pleasure of dealing with him at his previous Estate Agent and this is the first time I have dealt with him since opening Jack Taggart & Co. I cannot recommend him enough. His charm, charisma and enthusiasm for the job makes him a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. He understands the expectations of customers and has a great knowledge of the market. 5 out 5 from me.

GoogleJack very successfully sold a flat for me when he was still working for another estate agent a few years ago. He did such an outstanding job back then that I needed to track him down for the sale of my last flat in Hove. I was very happy to see that he had set up his own business and to say I wasn't disappointed is an understatement. As with the previous sale, he did a fantastic job and ended up selling a flat that other estate agents had failed to sell. He delivered what he promised 100% and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have since moved to Worthing but sincerely hope he will be opening an office here some time soon and have no doubt it will be a huge success!

GoogleI am really appreciated Jack made an enormous effort to sell my house in Brighton. His hospitality and customer care gain my full scores. The sale was not straight forward but he handled it professionally. When the first buyer pulled out, he could quickly find a second buyer who actually paid much more than the first one. I am 100 % sure Jack is the right guy to deal with buying and selling properties. Wish him luck to set up his own business.

GoogleI'd 100% recommend Jack Taggart for selling a shared ownership flat in Brighton. This small team of estate agents were super communicative, and Jack had limitless enthusiasm and drive to get our flat sold. All emails and calls were answered promptly and it really felt like the team went above and beyond to keep everything moving forwards. We opted for the cheaper 'online only' package as we were both working from home at the time so available to carry out viewings. This saved us money in the short term, but probably cost us by slowing the selling process as we were a bit shy - wheres as Jack is a talented and genuine sales person. On his initial visit to our flat, Jack was so passionate about the selling points of our home that we were almost tempted to stay there! The photography arranged by Jack was flawless, and the photographer himself was a lovely young man who was very conscientious and the photo's turned out better than we could have dreamed. If only all agents were this good!

GoogleWe have worked with Jack and his team since he opened his doors in 2018 and it has been great watching them grow so quickly! Jack and his team have the ability to self-generate sales from absolutely nothing. This has been proven by them selling many properties, previously listed/gone stale with other agents! Some of them had been marketed for nearly a year and then they have changed to Jack and a buyer has been found! We love working with Jack and can say with 100% confidence he will sell your home and is the type of agent you need in this current market. Someone who has the drive and of course the great marketing to deliver results!

GoogleMy experience with this company has been great. We invited 3 agents around to value our property. Out of the 3 jack taggart & co were the agents we decided to go with and boy did we make the right choice. To start with the information he bought round was far superior to any other. He spoke about the market and told us what to expect, everything he told us happened. He has remained very professional throughout and when I received a call from him at 730pm to sort out details once we had agreed the sale. This showed that he is prepared to go above and beyond. I can not recommend this agent enough, the understanding and care that he has is second to none.

GoogleJack was always available even on weekends at odd time new when I needed to talk to him. This was great as I have odd work hours and made it much easier for me to deal with my move. As an estate agent he was very helpful and answered all the questions I had as a first time buyer. As a first time buyer there was a lot I didn’t know about or know I had to do but jack was able to help me with that and put me in touch with some other great companies that made my purchasing of a property pretty much painless. I can not fault his service at all.

GoogleWhen we decided we would like to sell our house, we met with a few estate agents who came to value our home, one of them was Jack Taggart and instantly we had a great vibe from him and we knew we wanted to go ahead with him especially with how fantastic his charges are in comparison to other estate agents who definitely do NOT give you the personal service you receive with Jack! He sold our house very quick, he showed the house in person with great enthusiasm. The visitors were leaving our house with him with a different feeling than when the other agents were showing it. GoogleOur experience with Jack was nothing short of superb. We encountered numerous obstacles along the way which Jack dealt with swiftly and successfully. At the 11th hour, our first buyer pulled out but within a week Jack had re-sold our property and still achieved our asking price. He drove the new sale on at such a pace that we barely lost any time at all and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

GoogleWe were disappointed with every agency we met for renting a 1 bedroom Flat, but the way Jack and his team treat, wondered us, extremely responsive, helpful and motivated to help us as a client. we rent our sweet home now and we won't scare to find our future homes with them anymore. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
