GoogleMatthew Higgins from the Hove office has done a first class job in helping us purchase a new home. I have found him easy to contact, balanced, positive and very capable of calmly and pragmatically dealing with the inevitable bumps in the road. His energy and skill in driving the process forward and to conclusion was a great benefit and really appreciated.

GoogleI used Fine & Country to sell my flat in Brighton. They achieved close to the asking price mainly due to their marketing efforts both online and in various publications around Brighton & Hove. Their communication with myself and my tenant was also spot on. If you're looking for an excellent high-end estate agent, I would highly recommend these guys.

GoogleVery straight forward and up front, we bought through fine and Country and were very happy with them. Good communication, help to keep the momentum going by liaising with the mortgage brokers and solicitors, kept everyone informed and happy to act as a go between and help wherever possible.

We had reservations about the pricing strategy Fine & Country proposed, but we did follow their advice and they did indeed achieve the sale price we were hoping for. They handled negotiations with competing buyers professionally, and were also helpful in monitoring and chasing the process through to exchange and completion once an offer had been received.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

Dear Sandra, I'm sorry you have had some bad experience somewhere - this is Brighton and Hove Branch and we have never employed anyone called Freddy or Danny. Perhaps you have dealt with a different branch - I will certainly look into this as Fine and Country agents should be supplying all customers with a 5 star service.
