As the buyer in the transaction, I was impressed by Katie, Freddie and Libby's professionalism. We would never have considered the house were it not for Freddie knowing his seller's objectives. The team was courteous and responsive. Katie, despite being on the sales team, remained involved every step till completion. A clear mark of someone who cares about the whole process.
