When I moved into property cubit and west people were so nice and helpful but when I left the property, I had the worst experience with this agency and they only favour landlords and no say for tenants at all. For tiny repairs they took almost half of my deposit money instead having it repaired charged me for full replacement like beaded cord for blind which is for under £10 they deducted from deposit £228 and similarly for small scratch on platform they deducted £180 and curtain hook was loose, they deducted £84. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AND THE WORST AGENCY

I came into some difficulties with my situation renting a property through Cubitt and West; all I can say is how wonderful, kind, helpful, genuinely concerned and caring people that Bethany Shepheard and Ryan Marsden are for helping me in that situation. They were very friendly, helpful and professional; informing me at every stage of the situation, but with genuine compassion. They both are a fantastic addition to the Cubitt and West team; to their bosses, a simple message from me: “don’t let them go, please give them a decent pay rise!”

Madi Infield from Cubitt and West was honestly so attentive and always responsive. Whenever I had an questions or issues she would always respond as soon as possible. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had dealing with housing in Brighton. I am a student so having her help me and guide me was so so helpful and am very glad she helped. Amazing experience. When going to collect my keys at their office, she gave me a box with a welcome card, which I appreciated so much and will definitely keep as a memory, and papers with information on the property as well as some drinks :) amazing service truly.

Even the referencing company used was incredibly responsive and helpful- can’t fault the whole thing.
