TrustpilotAfter the sale of the house it got more EXPENSIVE
After the sale of the house went through I was given a conveyancing quote from them with a breakdown of costs of Conveyancing Fees £1,254.00 inc a £25 deposit.In literally one day of being contacted by their legal team the cost became £2,638.86 with another deposit required of £344.66I need no mortgage and very little in the way of legal guidance however Cubit and West are very misleading with this and I would urge anyone not to feel pressured in to using their legal team and seek an independant conveyancer

GoogleThey found us a buyer, got our house sold and made sure the deal happened. They worked a lot harder than expected to make it happen.

Very disappointed with the management service I had as a landlord letting out a flat via Cubitt and West. Genuinely had to chase them for a response to everything - was so much work. Also found one member of staff unhelpful and she refused to use my name on every email response which made it feel rude and unpersonable. Won't be using them again.

Maddison & Robin have given their best efforts despite a rocky road due to buyers in the past pulling out at the last moment, necessitating re-marketing, which was addressed very efficiently and promptly.

Our Sales Progressor, Karen Fogarty, was incredibly helpful and diligent throughout the process of selling our house. Our sale and onward purchase was far from straight forward, but we're very thankful to Karen for all of her help with moving both along as quickly as possible.
