The personal care and attention to our wishes were exemplary, every effort was made make to what was a very daunting decision to sell our much loved home so much easier on our mental stress. After a great deal of consideration about what we had as a home we decided to withdrawal our home from sale, Maddison at Cubitt & West was very understanding and showed great empathy in our decision. I can honestly say that my wife and I received true customer care and understanding from Maddison and her colleague (her name escapes me, sorry)

My sister applied to be a tenant for a flat the Brighton branch were marketing on behalf of the corporate landlord. The excellent communication and support provided by Madi, Ashleigh and Courtney to my sister and the entire family was outstanding and made a potentially stressful experience easy. The follow up care they provided with the welcome box and advice was an added and unexpected bonus. They were all thoughtful, person centred and responsive and I would have no hesitation in doing business with them again.

GoogleI think Cubbitt & West are one of the best agents in Brighton. They are organised, helpful, friendly and super honest when it comes to valuations. Alice is amazing and is great at returning calls and getting any info you might need. The staff are always friendly and professional and I have always recommended them to others because they just get the job done. Cannot speak highly enough of these guys.

Moved in and had a few snags on the electrics not working. Nothing has been done since February.Not even had a working over for the last 6 weeks.Cigarette butts found in dishwasher after an apparent professional clean which I'm yet to see the invoices for.Not one call has been made to update me, no letter, nothing.Very poor attitude once you've moved in from a tenants point. I have kids, I'm a single dad and these monsters left us without the ability to cool for 6 weeks. They didn't care.If you want dirty cupboards, disgusting dishwashers and zero service and the them to try and up the rent every year as standard (say no to that and they go away) then Cubit and West are your people.Landlords avoid them. Disgusting service, dirty properties and stealing your deposit is standard.

Steve at the Horley branch welcomed me and proceeded to ask many questions as to what type of property i am searching for, my wants , my needs ,likes and dislikes in order to establish availability of suitable properties. With a selection made and viewing times agreed there was no fuss at all. I would add the level of communication around the viewings both prior and post was excellent and my feeling so far is the branch is managed in a very professional manner.
