Ashleigh managed to get us in to view a property last minute on a Saturday. She was very understanding of the difficult and time sensitive situation we find ourselves in. We are very hopeful that this house will be the one we end up in. Thanks for being so helpful and thoughtful!

TrustpilotDo not use their solicitors!!!!
Nothing against Cubitt and West as such but DO NOT use their in house solicitor DC Law. Once they have a deposit from you, you will never be able to contact them again!! Use a local solicitor!! I’ve read no good reviews and I’ve been caught out, lucky it’s not held up a purchase or sale but I cannot get my money back!!
