Heidi did such a good job with my sale. At times you wonder why the fee is so high but I've seen the hard work put in to first sell our village to our buyers and then through a protracted sale process, keep them on board and engaged until we were able to close a deal. In a difficult market you need patience and a good agent!

GoogleAfter a bumpy road of selling our property, i.e. a few sales fell through, Brexit and covid to name a few, Cubitt and West were there throughout! They were attentive during selling to to the point of completion and professional. If we ever move again I'd definitely use them again!
