TrustpilotWoodingdean Branch were excellent
John, Sarah & Veronica in the Woodingdean, Brighton branch were excellent in assisting us with the sale of a property. From start to finish, they worked hard to secure a purchaser and have been open & honest with all our transactions through to completion. We used the all-in-one package for conveyancing through JS Law and the e-way system which worked exceptionally well. Our thanks to all the team for helping us on this journey.

I used cubitt and west initially as they were the only estate agents i phoned who actually answered the phone and Madison in the waterlooville office was very helpful and guided me through the process as i hadn't had to sell a house for over 30 years. The sale went through quickly and the online portal was a really useful tool to see what comments were being made.

TrustpilotComprehensive and proactive support for fast tenant replacement
Comprehensive and proactive support to ensure flat could be re-let rapidly and seamlessly after sudden tenant departure. Marketing, tenant selection/vetting, flat inventory, cleaning, safety and all legal aspects covered for new contract and referencing of new tenants all carried out in a few weeks. Would have taken me months!
