I can’t recommend Cranleigh Cubitt and west enough. Putting our house on the market just before a pandemic wasn’t what we had planned, but the team at Cranleigh branch was so helpful and provided us with regular updates. Kerry-anne went above and beyond to answer any questions I had or worries, even if this was out of office hours. The whole team are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cubbit and west is a great company and weve really had good experiences.However, when it comes to fixing issues in the house, response has been poor. Some issues have lingered over a year without anything being done, even whe they come for routine chexks and the issues are raised again, notes are taken but not action.
