We put our house on sale

We put our house - Mennileaves just before 1st Lockdown. All was at stand still during lockdown and once relaxed, the virtual video was done and had viewing. The staff from Cubitt and West , Kerry Anne Ross and others showed the house around which was done professionally with social distancing and managed to keep our place safe.With all hard work and professionalism we had an offer which led to sale and completion. On completion we also had good wishes from Cubitt and West.I have no hesitation to recommend Cubitt & West.

Great advice & experience in selling a house

Having never sold a house before, we wanted to have a good, personal experience and Cubitt & West didn’t disappoint. After failing to find an investment buyer to keep our tenant in place, C&W were quick to find a suitable cash buyer that didn’t have property to sell, and also introduced us to a great law firm who helped expedite the process. I would definitely recommend them, and in particular Katarina Hrvolova who was dedicated to finding the right buyer for us.

I needed to sell my parents' house in Redhill to meet care home fees. Michelle visited the property and gave us what we felt was a realistic valuation.We were very impressed with Michelle and the overall service promised by Cubitt and West.Although it was not the cheapest quote we received we felt that it offered the best value for money and this was borne out in practice.Michelle and her team in Redhill were always available to deal with queries and I can't recommend them highly enough, particularly as there were a couple of last minute issues to deal with!!

I called the Southsea office for the first time on a rainy miserable Monday feeling stressed that I couldn't find my ideal house, and spoke to Claire. Wow, I can honestly say not only was she a ray of sunshine, she was so efficient and helpful, taking the time to make my feel a truly valued customer. Claire provided the balance of professionalism versus friendliness perfectly, exactly what we all need, even more so in these extremely difficult times. She also put me in touch with a mortgage advisor that was equally efficient and helpful. Due to Claire's first class service, really understanding what I was looking to buy, recommending a house to me, quickly arranging a viewing, answering all my questions, two days later I had an offer accepted on my new house, that ticks all the boxes! I chose Cubitt and West despite the fact that they were the most expensive. I had confidence that Ebba would sell my house and, in the end, got £10k more for it than the middle quote I had received from other estate agents. As well as this, I received support (legal and emotional!!) whenever I popped into the branch. One of the other reasons I choose CW was because of the other branches across Brighton - in the end I also bought through them and had excellent support when buying as well. The CW Sales Progressor also gave me weekly updates throughout the process, and certainly got answers more quickly from the solicitors than I ever could!!
