GoogleWould recommend Paul Fox Estate Agents in Brigg. We dealt with Jo who we had a good relationship with throughout the sale of our house. Jo kept us up to date, was professional, efficient and a very pleasant person to deal with. Paul Fox also produced a lovely brochure with excellent pictures. Would definitely us them again in the future.
Hi Elaine, thank you for such lovely feedback!

GoogleWe're just in the final stages of our house purchase with Paul Fox in Brigg but I can safely say we'd be nowhere near if it wasn't for Jo! It has been a complicated and stressful process due to issues below us in the chain but she has been calm, supportive, with regular and clear updates. I highly recommend using Paul Fox and thank Jo for her professionalism and support.
Thank you for such a kind review. We are so happy Jo has helped your move!

GoogleThe Paul Fox team were amazing from start to finish with the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new one. Always on hand when we needed them and kept us updated throughout the whole process on progress. Would definately recommend to anyone thinking of embarking on purchasing a property. They made the whole process so much less stressful!
Thank you for 5 stars! We hope you are happy in your new home!

GoogleFrom the start of our house sale with Ryan and then the continuing support of Jo throughout the process to the our sale completion on the 5 April 2022 they have been totally professional and very supportive. We would highly recommend Paul Fox Estate Agents to any prospective seller in North Lincolnshire.
Thank you for your kind review! We are pleased you have been happy with the service.

GoogleBecci at the Brigg office has been superb in dealing with my purchase. Efficient, determined and persevering, she has been the direct opposite of the estate agents acting for my sale in Kent. ALWAYS upbeat and humorous she was a pleasure to deal with. Regular and clear communication - prompt action and sound advice. I have no doubt, that without Becci's assistance and experience our dream move would have floundered. We completed yesterday. Thankyou Becci for making the dream come true.

TrustpilotNever known an agency to be so underhand and so unprofessional.
When our seller didn't want to wait more than 6-8 weeks to move (we never agreed to move this quick) they allowed her to relist the property with them with a higher price while still keeping insisting on keeping us a buyer, So that she could try and get more for her property - effectively allowing us to be gazumpted three quarters of the way through our purchase - losing us money. No communication whatsoever with any of the solicitors - just bowed down to the buyers demands at every stage. Never known an agency to be so underhand and so unprofessional. We pulled out of the purchase in the end and they never contacted us again.

GoogleRefused to carry out a valuation on our property based on the fact a family member did not use Paul Fox to list their property. Extremely unprofessional!
No one home -the last time we came to provide a valuation, we have provided written valuations on several properties for you. We are the leading agent and choose to spend our time wisely giving our clients and future clients the best use of our time and services that they deserve

GoogleProfessional and courteous from first contact and throughout the process of selling. Linked to one member of staff for our sale, Becci, who was excellent, supportive and offered sound advice. When Becci wasn’t available the other staff members were able to answer queries and were up to date on what was happening with our property. Would definitely recommend

GoogleSome times things do not go as planned and this is then the test of a team and their service. Paul Fox were excellent in supporting us, brilliant customer service and prompt support and advice. While the sale was not successful on this occasion, we would certainly recommend them and use them in the future.

GoogleThey are selling properties, land etc, and yet, I phone for details, and I am told the person who is dealing with that particular property is not back till Monday - Obviously, they could potentially lose a sale - Your are an Estate Agent, get your act together and have multi task staff who knows what is what and can deal with situations when others are absent.

TrustpilotDecided to try Paul Fox
Decided to try Paul Fox. A bit disappointed as had to chase for feedback, waited more than a month for valuations on properties and updates were rare. I am realistic in a changing market, but expected to receive feedback and not just the sting of exit fee after 12 weeks.

GoogleExcellent service provided with communication from the agent at all times throughout the process, would highly recommend.
Thank you for 5 stars!
