Rubbish. Stick to Indeed!

Thought Glassdoor would be better than other competitors because of the feature to review interview processes and company benefits. Could not have been more wrong - stick with Indeed folks! Tried to look at interview reviews of a company I was applying for but wasn't able to access these without an account... then couldn't view more than one or two unless I left a review of my own, which I attempted to do but the site wouldn't load past the first set of questions. Have had several problems all of a similar nature with this site, none of which ever seem to get fixed.

I put up a review for my company

I put up a review for my company, and a few of my team mates did to because its just really bad and no one listens to us. We wake up the next morning and they have all gone. Even though they have been approved. None of us have had any notification or are allowed to resubmit they just get removed before they are published. We can only assume that you are taking payment or something from the company we work at. You don't do what you say you do, you don't help anyone. You are pointless

Flawed technology removes reviews

I don't know how many times I've tried to post a review of my old company on this site now. Every time, it's approved, then removed a few days later. I've contacted the company a few times to ask why. Each time, I'm met with the response 'you can only review a company once per year' and 'our technology monitors users who abuse this policy'.I don't know what technology they are using, but it's clearly broken. I've never posted a review on Glassdoor before this one. Either they are removing the review at the employers request, or their technology is quite clearly flawed.Get your act together Glassdoor, otherwise I'll use your competitors.

The worst company I have ever dealt with regards customer service, both pre and post sale. The general quality of the house is good with only minor issue's but getting those issues rectified is a nightmare. For example, I have waited 5 … More

It LOOKS as if you need to have been an…

It LOOKS as if you need to have been an employee, or current employee...Of Cancer Research UK (C.R.UK eBay in this case) to write a review, via GLASSDOOR?Under PROS & CONS I suggested (of C R UK)1, Management needs to extract HEAD from A SS (obviously I had to reword it to have it initially accepted by the "system" (that, as I just found out, includes Trustpilot's)And2, That C.R UK download SIZE GUIDES because the BS practice of measuring by hand "Pit to Pit" is a farce, often resulting in an exaggerated chest size, > returns > refunds > lost revenue in postage costs...(both ways) > lost sales.Obviously both the above points come under CONS, and the PROS would be?, well...C.R UK do have a lot of very nice stuff, but as things stand HOMER SIMPSON could do a better job of running it's EBAY side, especially at the HAROLDS WOOD site. D'OHFortunately (for Cancer Research) C.R.UK is a CHARITY, and as such can afford to flush OUR DONATIONS down the pan as they do, because of the way they receive money...from US, ON TAP.Oh yes, and my honest review of C.R.UK (eBay) on Glassdoor? was deleted the next day, since (I guess) it was discovered I'm NOT (or have ever been) an employee of that organisation, or? they just didn't like it.

Having bought several Keigar Homes I can not rate them high enough. nothing is an issue or problem, they build sympathetically with the area, unlike some other new homes builders the homes have character and style.

I have dealt with Keigar over several years and several times. All houses are superbly built inside and out ( even the out of sight places ie the loft area). All houses are handed over completed and properly landscaped. Any teething problems are sorted out quickly with polite staff. The estate site is kept tidy throughout development and respect paid to residents. The Falkland Way site restores my faith in builders. By the way, I do not work for Keigar, I have just invested in their properties!

Joke of a site

Joke of a site. They seem to allow employers to pick and choose what reviews are kept or removed. A previous employer of mine left several blatently fake reviews....they even read like ads for the job! I was even present when I saw the manager leave two of them!!They also take down genuine, valid reviews from staff... I assume at the request of the employer. In one month alone my previous employer lost 6 members of staff. They each left a truthful, yet negative review of the employer. Explaining their experiences of bad business practice and countless examples of the law breaking that was accouring. These reviews slowly got removed to leave nothing but the fake, overly positive reviews written by members of management. How are people supposed to get an idea of whether an employer is good or bad based on these practices?!?!?!Glassdoor bang on about their integrity and how they 'never' remove a review unjustifiably.... Yet its all they seem to do.Glassdoor have no integrity. Its obviously all about the money for them. My advice.... Don't use Glassdoor. Due to their rubbish ethics they make their own website null and void.

An utterly disgusting business.....

An utterly disgusting business with absolutely no moral compass. Actively encourages trolling and abuse from anyone without any validation. The guideline are pathetic as is the hateful twerp that came up with this platform. In a world of fake news and cyber bullying, how does a sick and twisted company like this get away with it? Well, it’s because they couldn’t care less and no government body will ever act on bringing them to account. I feel sorry for everyone that works at glassdoor as it is a nasty, spiteful, lowlife of a business.

Can't even access site without signing up

Can't even access site without signing up or leaving a review. Absolutely ridiculous way to get people to access the site. Some people just want to learn about a company they're interested in. Not everyone has the desire to leave a review.

Lack of integrity and declining objective purpose

The company I work for have had some challenges over the last few years. Challenges that the management are pretty open about, that have actually come about from huge year on year success. It's been hectic, stressful and the highs and lows are equal in measure! We have taken a battering on glassdoor from people that felt very angry when they left and consequently left a stream of reviews that have hit us hard. Many points are valid and are being taken onboard but more of them are defamatory, untrue or just plain ridiculous! When we have requested removal of some of the most outrageous ones, Glassdoor commonly state that they have been reviewed and meet their guidelines but aren't able to demonstrate how this process is being undertaken. This leads me to believe the moderator process is rushed or ill considered.I like what Glassdoor represents, but they are not encouraging people to write CONSTRUCTIVE reviews. They are simply allowing people to rant and I don't see how that can be helpful to anyone. I would encourage Glassdoor to retrain their moderators to have a little more depth to their approval and rejection process., otherwise they risk losing their own credibility in the long term as it will become meaningless.

Sick to my stomach - Glassdoor encourages bullying

Find it hard to believe that this company can justify (or even get away with) company "guidelines" that don't care whether you still work for a company, or whether what you post is true. The most unpleasant aspect of their policy is that it is apparently ok for ex-employees to attack / libel and insult senior managers by name (with virtually no proof or checking) and are allowed to be anonymous !!The company my wife works for has been subject to a "rolling campaign" of bad posts and basically hate mail about named managers - when challenged, Glassdoor explain that they don't claim to be "finders of fact" and admit that it would be impossible to determine whether content / accusations are true or false - so the "attacks" are within their guidelines. Oh, and senior managers and Directors are fair game because they decide policy and drive "culture". (and obviously don't have feelings or reputations). I can't accept that it is ok to base a business on lies and bullying behaviour (Glassdoor) with no regard for the hurt and damaged caused to these companies and individuals.Change your immoral / unethical guidelines asap

Glassdoor allow vindictive employees to…

Glassdoor allow vindictive employees to pose as former employees to attempt to damage reputation. They have no interest in authenticating the reviewer. Not doing enough to stop fake reviews. Glassdoor could be an excellent tool, but they do nothing if your company receives fake reviews. We have had fake reviews full of lies and Glassdoor literally do nothing about it even though we can provide them with all the evidence they need to show they are categorically fake reviews!

Integrity...what a joke.

Possibly the worst digital product I have ever used. You write a review, the company complains, pays them some money and they take it down. They then ban your email address from using the site. You set up another email, write a review and the same merry go round happens again. They have no integrity and hopefully very soon, a competitor will do it right and take them down as soon as possible.

A barrier to employment opportunities

A barrier to employment opportunities, not an enabler! If I could give 0*, I would!Shockingly bad experience with Glassdoor. All take, no give..more luck getting blood out of a stone! I set up my account providing all the required information, but STILL couldn't access prospective employer information! I have deleted my account as the whole experience has been a waste of time and effort.
