GoogleKeigar homes get 5 stars from me because we love our Keigar home which we purchased in 2018. It has been good for us over the last 7 years apart from early snags which were soon sorted by the builders. However a mains water leak recently occurred which was in the front garden, the water providers didn't really want to know and gave us 30 days to fix it. A worrying time but after informing Keigars they stepped up to the plate and helped us massively in sorting the problem. Thank you.
So 5 stars from me.

TrustpilotA compromised organisation who doesn’t seems to be legitimately concerned about the realities and general genuine disappointing
You must subscribe to read the reviews, so the 1 star it’s legitimate for the outstanding crap management together all the rest of their creepy Clients which they titled themselves as companies to work for . I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one who got scammed from either parties.
Dear Glassdoors creators, this matter it’s your responsibility as well, don’t forget that justice still working around and soon people who suffered will stand up!

Had an absolute fabrication of a review made against my business. Sent glassdoor all the appropriate information and they refused to remove the review. I then reach out to current and previous staff and asked if they would provide a honest review which they did, and none of the reviews are showing.

TrustpilotThe ultimate bullying platform.
Glassdoor is an official way to cyber bully employers. This platform should be illegal. We terminated an employee who was being extremely rude to clients and became a major disruption in our workplace so we exited her from the business. Since that day we have had over a dozen reviews from this person under different names saying extremely offensive comments about us and our business. Basically bullying. If the shoe was on the other foot we would be in major legal trouble for saying such things. It's a really negative platform and not to be trusted.

TrustpilotEvil company aim to destroy all…
Evil company aim to destroy all businesses unless you pay the ransom. It kills business quickly and kills users slowly by making them unhappy and angry. Glassdoor provides a platform where you can blame everything else for your own mistake or failure, but it doesn't help you improve and look things positively for happiness. I find Glassdoor is highly unethical company. Making profit from others misery. It should be banned.Read how Glassdoor making money on indeed:I hate to work at this place. They look like they trying to build a review website, but in fact all they do it so chase the money. I work in customer support, I deal with small business owners whose only good reviews got removed so we can sell them services. While the big corporation who paid us, they remove the negative reviews. Everybody in the company knows that glassdoor is not a profitable business by running reviews, and their ads suck. I deal with clients asking why the glassdoor ads never pull any qualified candidates all the time. This is literally the only way they can make money. I do not approve of that, and I told my manager that I am not comfortable because any other job I had was actually helping people solving problems. The Manager tried to "educate me on business". I guess they do that is because they are trying to go public and they are trying to prove that they are profitable. I have a business degree, I may not be a business expert, but I know the basics. Even I know this is not a sustainable way. How about actually fix your services, and make them actually work, then people will actually sign up for your services. Because apparently Indeed, a free job posting website, works way much better than glassdoor,

TrustpilotBlatant bias towards their masters - the employers
This website is a total waste of time and selling accounts to employers is now all they are interested in. Talk about biased. My previous employer has an account with Glassdoor and not surprisingly, with the occasional token exception (for appearances sake), only 5 door positive reviews appear to be published. If you're looking for an unbiased opinion of a prospective employer, I would recommend swerving Glassdoor as it's little better than one of those scammers on Google who have got all of their mates to leave them fake top reviews!

GoogleThe Barton Area Food Bank wishes to thank Keigar Homes for all the help, support and encouragement we received at our June food collection at the Barton Tesco store.
We were pleased to receive your kind donation of a large trolley full of food, but also to receive your help by the provision of a Keigar van to ferry that and other donated goods to our large new store.

TrustpilotGood idea - but the execution is a failure
Having read other reviews for this company on TrustPilot, my objections follow a similar theme, but are more specific.I took the time to write an honest, descriptive and, in my opinion, honest review of an interview I had with some other company. It was quite long and represented a significant investment of my time. In my review I noted that I had interacted with the CTO and Head of Talent. Shortly after submitting the review, I was informed that:"We determined your review does not meet these guidelines because you discussed an individual or yourself by name, title or association. We only permit discussion of individuals when they represent the public face of the company and have great influence over the broad work environment."The Head of Talent approached me on Linked In, and pointed me to a news article about the CTO. Clearly this meets the definition of "Public face". I immediately replied to Glassdoor, challenging them to point out which of their community guidelines my review was in breach of and exactly which element(s) of my review was responsible. I received a potted reply which didn't address my points. I decided to give up at this point.I believe that Glassdoor is a good concept but they've not actually built their system the way they could have. To address points made by other reviewers here:- They could verify users' identities to ensure that one person cannot submit multiple reviews. This would deal with a disgruntled employee leaving multiple negative reviews and fake reviews either promoting or denigrating businesses (this seems to be the main complaint by other TrustPilot users)- Anonymity should be optional. I had nothing to hide and had no qualms in having my name published alongside my review. If you're going to criticise someone, you should be loud and proud (feel free to contact me Glassdoor) Obviously the anonymity of employees who are still in the job should be available as well. An employee could convert an anonymous review to public after leaving a job.- There are allegations in other TrustPilot reviews that companies who are Glassdoor customers get preferential treatment on "positive filtering". I also read one allegation that reviews were suspended if the company in question threatened to sue. Glassdoor should publish the nature of the relationships they have with the companies who are profiled on their site. They don't have to publish commercial details but they could publish, for example, whether any commercial relationship exists or if they perform recruitment services. This would allow users of the site to at least make more informed judgements as to the integrity of individual reviews.

TrustpilotHow can this be allowed in the UK?
Nobody minds honest reviews. However Glassdoor reviews are far from honest. Think about the scenario: you allow ex-employees to leave anonymous reviews about their employers. You allow them to make any allegation they like, whether true or false. These allegations can be untested, unproven, unsubstantiated allegations, as outrageous as you like (Glassdoor doesn't care). You then allow the naming of individual bosses. What do you think is likely to happen? Glassdoor is a platform for the online abuse, trolling and defamation of UK citizens, pure and simple. It's business model requires large numbers of vile outrageous lies and abuse posted as 'reviews'. The more the merrier, better for business. If you are a UK employer REFUSE to give any business to a Recruitment Agency that advertises on Glassdoor.

TrustpilotGlassdoor should be shut down!
Glassdoor operates as a one-sided platform that lacks effective management and should be re-evaluated. When an employee is dismissed due to performance issues, it’s understandable that their feedback might not reflect a positive experience. Unfortunately, if someone holds a grudge and has the time, they can post multiple negative reviews, skewing perceptions unfairly. Even when issues are reported, Glassdoor’s response consists of generic emails that don’t provide any meaningful support or resolution, making it frustrating and unhelpful for companies trying to address unfair or inaccurate reviews.

The website started with good intentions and has turned into a place to anonymously moan, defile and incite negativity! I would be more inclined to AVOID companies who have good ratings on Glassdoor. TrustpilotUntrusted source for employees
Untrusted source for employees. First by being asked to disclose my role and year of employment, knowing my role is the only one in the company, is then easier to be identified internally for leaving a bad review. How can I leave a review anonomous without the company knowing it was me?Our Management constantly leaves 2 positive feedbacks for every negative one. How can one trust glassdoor when is intended to protect the company and to expose the employee who exposes the company.
