Hi Mr Faulkner, i'm sorry you are upset however as previously discussed we will not enter into further correspondents regarding these issues. You have been provided with the details of the PRS and Property Mark. I would like to point out that the checkout inventory was completed in November and you returned home from Spain in February. The tenants had lived in the property for over 5 years with permission for pets and to run a childminding service, therefore the claims you would like to make are unsanctioned by the deposit protection service, you were given the option to use the deposit protection disputes service and declined the opportunity, we also paid for cleaning as goodwill, therefore we have fulfilled our obligations to you as a landlord and your previous tenants.

GoogleLazy and irresponsible. They refused to let me apply for a rented house because I'm not currently working. They didn't bother to find out that I could easily afford it and pay up front, or that I'm a qualified professional, have significant assets, am a landlord myself and have been an excellent tenant previously. Assuming someone isn't suitable based on the answer of one question without knowing the circumstances is lazy and they're letting down their landlords with this kind of discrimination. They may miss out on a fantastic tenant because of it. Never mind the potential legal ramifications.
