GoogleCan not fault ptn estates at all fom viewing the rental property to getting the keys only took 6 days Ann was brilliant with us especially when I was stressed and she made everything so much easier would like to thank Ann Sarah and all the team you are all great thanks again. GooglePTN took over our previous property who was managed by Sarah, Sarah made sure everything was getting done if we had a issue and always kept us in the loop if any work was taking place, we've just moved out and with the help of Sarah there wasn't any stressful situations it all ran smoothly so thank you to you all for all your help.

GoogleOutstanding tenant repair service this evening. Returned from work to find a wet patch on the wall directly under the boiler cupboard. I emailed the Out of Hours contact email and within an hour I had a reply from Sarah W informing me that she will arrange the repair. Dave the gas man came out straight away, despite it being almost 7:30pm! Problem was fixed within 20 minutes. Brilliant service from you both, thank you!

GoogleI’ve used this company for a couple of years now and always been happy. I’m a landlord and have been happy with the company’s vetting process. Money has always been paid on time along with all invoices being done correctly in a timely manner. If my tenants have a problem I am contacted quickly by agency to solve said issue. I also find the staff very supportive if I have a question.

GoogleI phoned up and arranged a viewing on Thursday and was told that the soonest availability would be the following Tuesday. Perfect. I was also told to fill in a form that I would be emailed. After phoning the following working day and the day before the viewing the form still wasn't sent. I traveled 2 hours to view a property. The lovely lady doing the viewings showed myself around and we had a lovely chat. She said to phone up the lettings manager to express my interest and to take a deposit and that the property is mine as long as I phone up now. I phoned up and expressed my firm interest in renting the property and asked when could I put a deposit down. I was told to fill out the form that they thought they had sent, took my email for the 3rd time and once I had finally received it I filled it out. I was also told at this time that I would get a call back once that had gone through to take a deposit. I waited the rest of the working day to no call. I phoned at mid day the following and was told that the person I was to talk to was in the following day and that they had tried to phone me multiple times. The phone number on the system was checked along side mine and they had typed the wrong number but did apologise. So the following day I phoned up to be told by the lettings manager that they had accepted an application because I didn't respond to their calls on the Tuesday (the day that I had viewed the property and awaited their call.) They gave me less than 24 hours to put a deposit down and had moved on with letting to someone else without even an email. I'm very disappointed with their practices and had very little in the way of apologies. I would personally advise to avoid this company if you are serious about renting. Don't get your hopes up if you do view and definitely don't be a fool and waste time on their false promises. Update to reply. This was not the information that myself or father in law had been told when we had to call multiple times between us to get an answer. If you had said that the land lord wanted to review another application we would have understood and if this where the case we would be accepting but what you have said is a cover up and not at all what was said to us. This is no way to have a conversation and what I state is only fact.
Hi Kye Sorry that you were un-successful with letting this property, unfortunately as you were made aware I was doing back to back viewings that morning and the fairest way is if we receive more than one application we pass details onto the landlord to decide who he would prefer. Once we received your form we advised the landlord of your position and he wanted to proceed with one of the other applicants. If I have anything else similar I would not hesitate to contact you as I would be very happy to have you as a tenant. Kindest regards Sarah

GoogleDealt with various Estate Agents, but PTN and Sarah are prompt, effective and have high knowledge on how Sales and Lettings should be conducted. If considering Selling/Purchasing or Letting then please do consider them as I have had the pleasant experience of working with them.

GoogleOur house had been on the market for 18 months (one sale fell through) with a well known agent. Went with PTN in November 2020, photos were brilliant, within a day had 11 viewings booked for the week. Sold in January. Communication with Sarah and team was excellent. Would definitely recommend!!

GoogleDon't believe everything you read, it's sometimes just smoke and mirrors .... I had a viewing booked for today, nobody there, I called the agents and they said that it's not even in their systems, 40 minutes there 40 minutes back, all I got was an apology and "shall we book you tomorrow" so unprofessional it's disturbing to read the other's reviews ...... ABSOLUTE SHOCKER

I have checked the call logs and Ann in the office stated that we could probably arrange a 9:15am on Tuesday morning but we had to check if the keys were returned from the other agent, when Ann tried to call you back you ended the call. All appointments we make the viewers are sent email and texts to confirm. If you wish to re-arrange please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to organise.

GoogleWanted to book viewing for a house, called them said they will get back to me with timming, didn't hear anything back, sent them messages and they said someone will get back to you.. been a week and still nothing I don't think that's good for buyer or seller!

GoogleAbsolutely useless. Unhelpful. Did not want to chase the chain. Frequently commented that "it will be what it will be" instead of trying to work things through and come up with solutions. Our chain collapsed don't to yhe lack of support from PTN Estates. Avoid at all costs.
