Hi Sakina, the covid world we live in has effected our call answering time however this is being monitored closely and things have been put in place to get our call answering rate back to where we strive for it to be, ensuring we offer the best customer service for our customers and clients.

Hi Duncan, I can see you have viewed a couple of properties with us and these viewings were arrange via phone. At times you may have to wait for a short amount of time if we have an influx of calls however our call answering rate is 98% and is something we monitor closely.
