GoogleWe viewed several properties with Belt and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful giving us information on different areas of Bridlington as we were from a different area. Without this information we could have made a big mistake. Although the property that was right for us was with a different estate agent I felt I still needed to add a positive review for the excellent service we received.

GoogleBe wary of brochures. Facts stated aren't always true, and I believe this is done purposely. If you also have a seller with not enough guilt to correct the mistakes you'll go through the whole sale unknowingly. In a hurry we didn't have a survey, we learnt a lesson. Also apparently they allow sellers to collect garden items sold with the house after the agreed sale. Wouldn't use again.
