GoogleWe chose Belts Estate Agents by recommendation from family and others. In particular the fees were set out clearly with no additional fees as the process would be taking place. The initial process was clearly explained and carried out to their stated time scale. When the sale process was agreed, the company acted promptly, clearly etc. helping to calm the frustrating circumstances of the sales process. I would recommend Belts to anyone who is thinking selling or buying a property.

GoogleRight from the first instance when Nicholas Belt came to value our old property, the service was impeccable. Even when our first buyer pulled out, and we had to remarket it, there was nothing to much trouble. We eventually moved into our new bungalow 10 months after we started. GoogleHannah and team went above and beyond in selling and helping us purchase our new house. When things started slowing down in our chain (reasons out of our and state agents control) they was there with plan b ready to help in anyway to get things moving. Hannah knew our buyer worked till late on a night and wasn’t able to speak during the day so Hannah would work in her own time to speak to our buyer to complete our purchase. GoogleDelighted with focus on sales rather than just ‘stacking’ and playing the numbers game. Staff always friendly and professional and clearly understand the market. Special mention for Hannah who must have been fed up with me pestering her with new ideas but she always responded in a positive manner. Hope everybody enjoyed the chocolates.

GoogleWe have bought a property in 2022, which wasn’t the easiest of transactions but Belts staff were so helpful and supportive doing all that they could to resolve the issues and trying to find out what the issues were that when we decided to move again they were our first choice. Always contacting us when they said that they would and keeping us fully updated. The staff are excellent polite, friendly and helpful at all times. This time things were much smoother and easier. Having used Belts as a buyer and a seller I really can highly recommend them. Will have no hesitation in using the agency again, not that I think that I will need to hopefully.
