GoogleI appointed Corbett-Moore Estate Agents last year, to sell my late Mothers property, until it was sold this year. I live over 200 miles from the said property, and Corbett constantly kept me up to date on how the sale was going. I received regular meter and oil readings, plus any items that needed to be dealt with, which I found very reassuring. I can highly recommend this company.

GoogleThe most professional and helpful estate agent I have used!

GoogleMy knowledge of buying and selling is based on 8 house moves over 40 years. This is my first review for a Estate Agent. I want people to feel assured that this EA is a cut above the ordinary EA. The marketing of our property and the photography for the portfolio was first class. A drone was also used. In the first week we had 3 interested people. And 2 placed offers at the asking price. These prospective buyers had been fully vetted and I was given assurance they were in a position to move forward. They were professional throughout, courteous and kept us fully informed. I fully recommend them to you.

GoogleUsed Sykes-Moore to sell our home. Fantastic service from start to finish. Professional, fantastic local knowledge and up to date with house prices and the market in general. Fantastic photos and drone footage of the property, we were sold within a week of going live on the market Brilliant communication throughout from viewing confirmation, sales negotiation, regular update throughout the process and confirming on the day the sell completion Always on hand to chase things up or answer any queries the same day. First time selling a house and Sykes-Moore took the stress and hassle out of the equation and made it very simple for us. I would recommend Sykes-Moore to anyone looking to sell (or buy) to give them a call, couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!

GoogleCannot recommend Sykes-Moore Estate Agents highly enough. This is my 2nd time dealing with them and both Corbett and Rosemary have been so friendly and kind, but more importantly always transparent, genuine and honest in their work ethics. Thank you again, and I look forward to many more years of working together. Deniz

GoogleSkyes-Moore made the process of finding a tenant and getting them into my rental property pain free. With a two and a half week turn around from my initial meeting with Corbett at the property to the tenants moving in the agent fees paid for this service are excellent value for money. I feel I have peace of mind with Skyes-Moore looking managing the property going forward.
