GoogleBeautifully refurbished, love the area, our agent Mya Hall was friendly, lovely, easy to talk to, would definitely recommend, first time experience getting our own place and going with Sykes-Moore Estate Agent was a good choice and overall made it a easy good experience.

GoogleFirst and foremost, Corbett is such a true gentleman, dealing with both Corbett and the letting agency is by far the best experience when it comes to letting agents, he is transparent and has integrity, I had to vacate the property as I had to relocate, but, if I was ever going to rent a property again in the south west I would definitely call Sykes Moore first Thankyou to you all

GoogleWe looked for an agent to sell our rental property and firstly I judged on fees to sell then as each agent came in and pitched for the business it was not only clear to us that Corbett at Sykes-Moore was not only hugely competitive in the fees department but was professional and knowledgeable and appeared to be a likeable and easy to trust so therefore we picked them. Corbett jumped straight on to it and listed the property with highly professional photos, drone footage and marketing all included in the price and when the property went live at 3pm on the Thursday there were viewings galore over the next day and the weekend with offers flying in and by the Monday afternoon all negotiations were completed and an offer (in excess of asking price) was accepted. Since then we have had regular updates and have even been contacted before I’ve thought to ask so well done Skyes-Moore you have not only exceeded expectations but actually impressed me so much I’ve recommended them to my close friends who also have been impressed!! Don’t be fooled by sales guys from agencies who say a town centre office makes them better as quite clearly they don’t ! Thank you Corbett @ Sykes-Moore we look forward to working with you on our next property sale!

Nothing has been been too much trouble, and any issues have been dealt with professionally. GoogleInitial viewing booked through Mya Hall. She was very helpful and giving me as much information via Email. The viewing was not rushed and were able to take time and ask many questions. My experience was amazing throughout the whole process of finding my first home in Bridgwater. The team were so helpful, supportive,and managed to get me from a viewing to receiving the keys in just 2 weeks. Highly recommended, very professional supportive team in Bridgwater.

GoogleHaving no experience with letting out a property I turned to Sykes Moore. From the very first meeting with Corbett it has been an efficient and very straightforward experience. He explained everything in great detail and left me feeling very reassured with the decisions being made. The process has taken 4 weeks from Corbett first viewing the property to finding suitable tenants and them moving in. He handled everything that needed be done, including all safety inspections. It really has been very stress free. All information has been communicated promptly and clearly and he has been available to deal with any query raised. If you want a professional, value for money service then I would not hesitate to recommend Sykes- Moore.
