From initial valuation David was warm and friendly, knowledgeable about the market climate, realistic on sale price, and offered a fee the other agents I approached were merely willing to match after negotiation. Charles Dickens markets on both Rightmove and Zoopla (I checked this), the other agents only used Rightmove. The house sale brochure was great in terms of quality photos, but importantly drew a prospective buyers attention to the differentiating factors of our property. The subsequent viewings were communicated in a timely manner, feedback post-viewing was extensive, and the first offer was in line with our previously agreed expectations. Following offer acceptance, subject to contract, some agents go radio silent, not so for David and the team at Charles Dickens. We were kept updated as frequently by David and team as we were by the solicitors firm they recommended (they recommended several, one of which we selected ,Risdon Hosegood, who were also exceptional). Phoning me immediately on completion was a also a nice touch. A big thank you to David, Tom and the rest of the team for an excellent service.

Throughout the sale of our property Charles Dickens (in particular David and Tom, who conducted the sale) were very professional and supportive. They arranged and attended viewings, leading to an offer, which we accepted within weeks of the property going on the market.
