GoogleBrightest Move recently helped us with the sale of our family home. After 45 years, the sale was a difficult decision to make, but the right one. In short the BM team were excellent from start to finish. The entire time we dealt with them we found them to be extremely friendly, helpful, professional and honest. Martin assisted greatly with his experience and knowledge of the local market. Initially we went for a asking price slightly higher than his advice, even so, he was very willing to try to sell the house at our desired price. Subsequently, we needed to reduce the price to a value much closer to his initial suggestion and the property sold very soon afterwards. Throughout the whole process the BM team kept us fully informed with regular updates of viewings and general interest from potential buyers. Excellent service, putting the customer first. We would highly recommend.

GoogleBrightest Move have been excellent from the time I decided to market my property, they have also dealt with the various problems that have arisen during that time, after deciding that I would let the property they have now found me tenants and are now providing a fully managed service. Emily who manages the letting side of the agency has sourced all the prospective tenants and kept me fully informed all the way through the process. All in all Brightest Move have provided an excellent service.
