GoogleThanks to all the staff at Nick Tart Estate Agents, particularly Mike, Sarah and Laura who had to deal with a tremendous amount of viewings in view of the nature of the property being sold. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was very smooth and professional. They are a very experienced and friendly firm of Estate Agents and I would highly recommended them.

I sent an application form in and heard nothing back from them at all. The property had gone and they still didn’t contact me to let me know so I was just waiting and waiting. Felt really unseen as a customer and wouldn’t ever go through them again. I have rented with other estate agents for years and have had much better service.

Nick Tart Ironbridge job well done,but Will was the man! he as been more than helpful throughout the process. He has guided us and helped us during the sale and offered his help where he could. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future should the opportunity arise.

GoogleThe entire team from sales (Mike) and post-sales (Laura) were outstanding. Far superior to the service we received from our own agents (Berriman, who were quite frankly awful). Conversely, Mike and Laura gave us constant and truthful updates, ensured we were fully informed of every stage and offered us unconditional support throughout the process. I can't recommend the services of Nick Tart enough, thank you so much for keeping us calm throughout, Laura especially was outstanding!

We were very unsatisfied with our viewing with Nick Tart. The house we liked however based on how we were treated even if we loved the house we would not proceed with Nick Tart as we were made to feel extremely little by the estate agent who showed us around, Christine.

GoogleWe recently let our house through Nick Tart Estate Agents. It was such an easy process dealing with Debbie who explained everything we needed to know in simple terms and kept us updated throughout. A tenant was found within a few days of the property going on the market. We would recommend that anybody thinking of letting a property give Nick Tart a call or drop into the office where everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.

Absolutely perfect in everyway. Not pushy at all which was a massive plus for us and didnt do the hard sell to get us to instruct them or to get us to offrr on a property we viewed.Gave us space to view and discuss without constant pressure and chasing. The team at Bridgnorth are 5* and the only estate agents I would use in the future.

I have just purchased a house through Nick Tart and I couldn’t recommend them more. They made the process pleasant and much more relaxed than it could have been. Bev and Debb are amazing! They are friendly, really responsive, informative, helpful and patient. They answered every one of my daft questions quickly and kindly, they were great at moving things along when the process slowed down, and they did it all in a lovely calm manner. I highly recommend using them if you can.

I enjoyed the honesty and integrity of the agents in Telford branch especially Louise. If I had to find fault I’d say there was a long gap between sale and completion so an occasional call to us to say everything was going through ok would have helped.
