Very bad service, unprofessional and rude. After doing everything they asked and paying the £360 fees and providing a guarantor and having all checks carried out to a "satisfactory standard".We were told we could not have a tenancy with no real explanation. We had lost our fees and there's nothing we can do about it. I didn't want to give one star but had no choice as wanted to leave a review, so others can see what they are like.

GoogleWent to purchase a holiday let with Laura (who works for Nick Tart)so had a good look around some of the properties in bridgenorth ....lovely girl very well mannered & professional.... unfortunately I had a family loss and had to stop sale .....very very considerate lady I even received a lovely letter offering there condolences towards my loss ....I will defiantly be back to start looking for an investment property at a later date and can only apologise profusely for pulling out of the offer .....excellent service given from Laura and extremely helpful I WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMMEND them as a company ....

GoogleThe entire team from sales (Mike) and post-sales (Laura) were outstanding. Far superior to the service we received from our own agents (Berriman, who were quite frankly awful). Conversely, Mike and Laura gave us constant and truthful updates, ensured we were fully informed of every stage and offered us unconditional support throughout the process. I can't recommend the services of Nick Tart enough, thank you so much for keeping us calm throughout, Laura especially was outstanding!

GoogleWe recently let our house through Nick Tart Estate Agents. It was such an easy process dealing with Debbie who explained everything we needed to know in simple terms and kept us updated throughout. A tenant was found within a few days of the property going on the market. We would recommend that anybody thinking of letting a property give Nick Tart a call or drop into the office where everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.

totally crap service said that they had enough park homes so would be interested in our riverside home steer well clear and use a real agent that will sell your home DEFINTELY NOT NICK TART.
