GoogleWould highly recommend. I wasnt even paying them yet they did all the work and chasing that my estate agent didn't do. Great communication. As soon as it became apparent I was being left out of the loop, they kept in touch and kept me informed. Answered questions and queries regarding my purchase quickly and efficiently. Dylan Benfold and Jamie Fraser clearly know their stuff. This is potentially a short term move for me. I know who I'll be using next time.

GoogleI couldn't recommend these guys enough,especially ollie he was so patient and explained things a few times so I understood them correctly.he never made me feel stupid as his favourite saying goes "you don't learn this in school.." and he's right.he really is such a lovely guy and a pleasure to speak to.he never seems to have a off day and if he does it never shows.i would 1000 percent recommend him. I also dealt with a lady called shella who kept me upto date with things and was always warm and friendly to chat with.she was extremely responsive with any issues I may of had along the way Thankyou both so so much!

GoogleVery good experience with Revilo purchasing my home, Jamie gave us a great tour of the house to begin with and was very informative with the properties history. The property was very run down and he didn't hide any of the details which could of scared a potential buyer off. I appreciated Jamie's honesty and transparency regarding the issues which built trust and a mutual respect from the get go. After the acceptance of the bid Dylan from the office kept me informed along the way with as much info he had at his disposal. It was a stressful process as I felt like the seller was stalling and Dylan handled my frustrations very professionally and continued to chase it up to do all he could to speed up the purchase. Good experience overall as a buyer dealing with Revilo, I had a great experience with all staff members I conversated with.

GoogleAwful experience with the sale of our house. We lost our initial buyer due to a disagreement with Revilo. The communication following was appalling. Once we regretfully did relist with them, they ignored all of our preferences for viewing. We chose to go down the auction route, only to accept an offer from a friend of the sale associate. The buyer treated us awfully when agreeing a move out date with no support from Revilo. Handing over the keys was also an unnecessarily difficult transaction. Would not recommend.
Hi Sarah, Thank you for your review as these are important to us, client service is always our number one priority. However, there are several factors which you fail to mention. The buyer did not have a disagreement with us, the issue the buyer had was that your loft conversion did not have any planning permission, so the buyer felt mislead after incurring costs on a survey and solicitor fees. We later reimbursed him for his costs when he pulled out of the purchase. We then advised that an Auction would be a good route for your property, given the fact you wished to sell quickly, and the next buyer would encounter the same planning issues as the first; so, we quickly found and facilitated for you another buyer. The mix up with the handover of the keys came from your partner asking us to drop the keys off at your home address at 2pm that afternoon. Only for you not to have informed your relative, who unbeknown to us, was also on their way to the office to collect them! Our staff were already on route to the property as agreed the day before. Sometimes, we can’t do right for doing wrong. I’m sorry you felt the service wasn’t great, but the issues were not of our making. GoogleHighly recommend Revilo - I purchased a beautiful property from them and it couldn’t have been a nicer experience because of them. From the first point of contact to completion they smashed the ball out of the park. They even had the sold sign down less then 24 hours after I moved in. This is a prime example on how to run a successful estate agents. Staff professional, even when curve balls came out way. They never stopped trying. If you’re buying or selling - use Revilo xx
