My partner and I have had a tough time buying a house due to the pandemic, however we finally got there after a year of searching and options falling through. The one person who has made this journey manageable is Oliver Collins in the broker team. Throughout our journey he has been a top professional, always helped when asked, nothing ever too much. Myself and my partner were initially going to go with another estate agent before we came across Revilo, and after the meeting with Jamie, we knew we wanted to go with them. They have been fantastic since day one and I have been blown away with the service they provide. Every person I have spoken to at Revilo has been amazing, but I have to give a special mention to Jack who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and has made the whole process really easy. He’s kept me updated with everything along the way and was amazing at chasing people up and down the chain. Jacks always got back to me with any questions I had and was always friendly and professional. I’ve also dealt with Dylan and again, could not fault him at all, he’s always really friendly over phone/email, always gave updates and just like Jack, was a pleasure to deal with and they are both a credit to Revilo. I can’t recommend Revilo enough, so much so that our old next door neighbours have also gone with Revlio to sell their house. The only downside is that we won’t be moving again anytime soon, so we won’t have any dealings with them, but if we ever do move again in the future, 100% it will be with ReviloPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We are first time buyers and had our first ever viewing with Jamie at Revilo after being let down on another house with another agent. Jamie made the experience feel calm and professional with no pressure. He was friendly and had all the time in the world for us. He also recommended Oliver who works on the mortgage side and although we have now found a home with another agent, we still did our mortgage through Oliver. Outstanding would not be enough to describe Oliver’s customer service and helpfulness. He spent hours (and I mean hours!) trying to sort out everything we needed after a few humps in the road and kept us updated every step of the way. He had short notice after we had an offer accepted and couldn’t have tried harder for us. We are almost through the process now which, fingers crossed, will all be ok but we wouldn’t be where we are without him. From the first valuation of our property to completion day Revilo were so professional and helpful. Jamie was great at valuation, explaining how the sale works and took amazing photographs of our house. Dylan and Jack kept us in the loop at all times regarding viewings, offers and each stage. I have thought of so many ways to write this review but I must admit that words alone can not express how very satisfied I am. I wish I had listed selling my house with Revilohomes because buying from them was as if I was also selling through them, hence it’s safe to say that without Revilohomes I doubt if selling my previous house would have been so successful. Moving during this pandemic will always be a challenge but the team at Revilohomes were very helpful. The staff were so professional in dealing with me even when I sometimes felt so down about the whole process ( not due to any fault of theirs by the way) At some point Jemma Holden decided to take things upon herself even though she didn’t have to, she practically became the link between the 3 solicitors involved . She became my go to whenever I seek for any updates, and i mean any and that includes my selling. She was always ready to go the extra mile by getting back to me even on weekends. When Jemma says she will get back to you , she always does!!! She’s simply the best and highly recommended. A very big thank you to you all, 5 stars all the way . . . . . .
