GoogleSuch an amazing outcome. Our property had been on the market less than two weeks with 2 viewings and we have sold STC. Ian is an incredible negotiator and we feel we are talking to a friend. Ian is so reassuring and takes away all stresses. Would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Tinsley and Co to anyone who is looking in the future to buy or sell.

He was very helpful when we had pushback from mortgage lenders regarding the value of the house we were buying and helped guide us through negotiating with them. GoogleYou would have to search far and wide to find a more reliable, professional, extremely helpful and always contactable estate agent. Ian and Janet were incredible in helping us sell our home and also went over and above in getting everything wrapped up in a very tight deadline. They totally restored our faith in dealing with estate agents. We have passed their details onto many friends and family, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

GoogleMy Grandfather recently sold his house and purchased through Tinsley & Co. From start to finish, Ian and his team went above and beyond. My elderly Grandfather was constantly checked in on by Ian and was able to view his new place on numerous occasions with Ian, even at the last minute. Ian placed the house up for sale and within 2-3 days we had multiple offers that were over the asking price. Even after completion, Ian has since checked in on my Grandfather. GoogleVery happy with the service we received from Tinsley & Co. before, during and after the sale of our bungalow. From beginning to end Ian was a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail is excellent as is his knowledge of the market. As with many Estate Agents (in our experience) there was no bull**** just honest to the point information and advice. Ian was very clear from the outset what our realistic expectations should be and whilst I wanted to go in at a higher price Ian advised that a realistic price would get viewers through the door with every intention of achieving a higher price which, indeed, we did ! Ian is thorough, knowledgeable, professional, sincere and honest. Nothing is too much trouble and he is always at the end of a phone with very prompt response. We chose Tinsley’s after meeting Ian when our son bought a flat through him. Our son too was impressed with the service and we would not hesitate to recommend Ian and his team if you too wish to have a straightforward, honest, no bull****, non-pressurised and extremely pleasant experience ! GoogleHaving been disheartened by local Estate Agents telling me that I would not get the sort of price I was looking for my property or infact sell in the timescales I needed to, Ian was introduced by a friend who had sold and bought through Tinsley &Co. When meeting Ian on a Sunday afternoon, for the first time, Ian said he loves selling houses and it's what he does best and this was certainly evident with mine. Not only did he sell my house he received multiply offers after just the first block viewings and we accepted an offer that was in excess of the asking price! Ian is fantastic, professional, efficient and what sets Ian apart is that he is happy to meet up or do viewings that are not just convenient for him but that are suitable for his clients. He will go the extra mile for both the buyer and seller and always be at the end of a phone should you need him. I was so impressed with Ian and the after sale care recieved from Janet, I listed another property with Tinsley &Co which was dealt with equally great service and was sold both smoothly and efficiently. Having previously dealt with other agents they can be like vultures and will say anything to please you to put some commission in their pocket. Ian never made me feel pressured, let me take my time to ensure I was doing the right thing and made the whole process very relaxing and stress free for me. Any questions I had he was very prompt and professional in his responses which really helped. Following on from my purchase I recommended that my parents used Ian for the sale of their home, Ian was again very professional and they were most pleased with how he conducted himself throughout the process and we would all use Ian again in the future for sure.

GoogleWe recently used the services of Tinsley & Co to sell our previous home to purchase our new home, from start to finish Ian Tinsley managed both sales very professionally. We were kept informed on the progress on a regular basis by Janet, Ian's sales progressor, and if we had any queries then Ian was always just a phone call away. All viewings and our meetings were COVID friendly and from the time of putting our home on the market to moving into our new home took just over 3 months. We can't thank Ian & his team at Tinsley & Co enough for making this move run so quickly and smoothly.
