GoogleMy flat in London had been on the market with another agent for several months, unfortunately the level of service was not great and I had to keep chasing up for feedback after viewings. I decided to instruct another agent, and after meeting Matt from Lux Homes, my confidence and opinion of estate agents completely changed. Matt managed to sell my flat above the original asking price and the communication from start to finish was second to none. Highly recommend

GoogleLux Homes provided the best service we couldn't have asked for more. From the time of making the appointment for viewing with Matthew to progression and completion with Daisy the service has been fantastic and informative at every step. We had originally spent 2 months with other estate agents being sort of tunneled with all the other possible buyers prior to finding our home with Lux Homes who made the whole process feel very personal to us. As with any purchase some problems arise be it big or small, Matthew & Daisy both did their utmost best in resolving those. We managed to complete within 2 months of viewing! Staff are very polite, helpful, courteous and will go the extra mile for their customers which a lot of other agents lack. Many thanks go to Matthew & Daisy for all the help provided in finding our home, we would definitely recommend Lux Homes to any future customers as they really do provide and look after them.

GoogleLux were recommended to us by a previously very satisfied neighbor who had used them to sell their house. Both my wife and I were delighted at the very responsive way that Lux marketed our house. They were very efficient and always on top of issues as the issues arose. The same was true of the sales progression. Like a lot of UK sales there were challenges, but Lux was always on top of them.

Google15 stars if I could. Started with Sophie knocking on the door out of the blue and with a couple of disappointing attempts to sell with other agents she filled me with confidence from the get go though i still was a little cynical. However right from the get go sophie pulled out all the stops, wasted no time and within days house was sold after being on the market with other agents for 6months+. After this Daisy the sale progressor was dealing with the buyers/agents/solicitors and was always reassuring, on the ball and worked tirelessly to progress quite a difficult and complex sale that other agents would not have been able to handle. I cant really commend both Daisy and Sophie enough with how professional, friendly, efficientand continuously communicative they were throughout what could otherwise have been an arduous process especially as this particular sale was by no means straightforward. DO NOT PUT YOUR PROPERTY ON WITH ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN LUX HOMES. You will regret it and end up having wasted months and will end up with them anyway and be happy that you did and this is coming from someone who has never written any type of review of anything or anyone ever. Thank you both for everything x

GoogleI viewed a house through Lux and Sophie showed us around. Wasn’t the house for us but then after a really convincing conversation, decided to allow Sophie to sell my house. From beginning to end, she has been amazing, on the ball and felt in good hands the whole way. Also Daisy in Hornchurch office is professional, thorough and extremely helpful. An excellent and positive experience.
