GoogleWe are forever grateful to be introduced to Sophie & Daisy at Lux homes. We needed to sell mum's home because of her age & health issues. GoogleHave used Matt @Lux for the sale of my flat. Matt was very professional and hard working keeping me informed about viewings and feedback regularly and managing the offers and sales strategy. I would also recommend Lux as they also had Daisy who helped progress the sale post offer. She was always available keeping me up to date. Would highly recommend Lux Homes if you’re thinking of selling your property.

GoogleSophie knocked on our door twice whilst we were listed with another agent, we were having a lot of problems losing buyers 3 times so we thought we would try Lux as what did we have to lose, Sophie seemed energetic, knowledgeable and told us she would get our house sold quickly. She was right!!! Sophie and Daisy were both amazing, they kept us updated and put up with our nervous calls and calmed us throughout the process, I couldn’t fault them! If you want to sell your house with a company that cares and works tirelessly to get things done… go with Lux. We couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so so much Sophie and Daisy, you were both incredible and we couldn’t have gotten to our dream home without you.

GoogleNever answer the phone, value your property and then one week later advise they have valued it incorrectly Tell you days later when a prospective person wants to view Charge you £500 for photography List it with all wrong features (parking spaces / amount of bathrooms) DO NOT USE - terrible customer service & rude!! Are they even an estate agents? I would not be surprised if they were a basic call centre / boiler room … Worst company I’ve used .. is this a scam?

GoogleThe service received from Bradley the branch manager from lux homes has been a second to none. With experience of other local estate agents previous, lux answer their phones quickly and respond to you quickly which is half the battle won! Attention to detail and energy during the sales process is exactly as you would expect.
