Hi Reuben,Having seen your recent 1 star review, I am naturally concerned and disappointed with the comments made within. Following an appraisal of your file and subsequent conversations with the individuals concerned, I understand you have now completed on your purchase. Although I understand the process was a little slow, unfortunately, transactions are generally taking longer in the current climate. There are often issues which may arise, but there is a legal process which needs to take place before exchange can happen and this is often out of our control.I appreciate it must have been very frustrating for you to find, upon completion, the seller had only left one set of keys at the property. We have been advised another set will be dropped into the office but again this is beyond our control and I apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result.I wish you many happy years in your new home and hope that we can be of assistance in the future.Alison Horsley, Customer Services Manager

Hi Ahsan,It has recently been bought to my attention you have left this review on Trust Pilot which is not a site we subscribe to. I am disappointed with your comments following my correspondence via email earlier this year, to which you failed to respond. At the time I explained there appeared to have been confusion with regards to a viewing you requested.
