Exemplary Team & Service

I naturally have very high expectations and I have to say that Beresfords consistently exceeded them. Our property, unexpectedly came up for renewal in November and I was incredibly concerned about the prospect of finding a new tenant with it being so close to Christmas. I spoke to Karen and she was absolutely fabulous. She reassured me, took control and skilfully guided us through the process. The entire team is simply superb, from Karen, Lauren M, Christopher, Lauren J, Abby and Leanne. They have a real sense of urgency and empathy, resulting in us securing new tenants in November. Each of them epitomise, efficiency, professionalism and tenacity. They continuously kept us up to speed on progress made and went beyond expectations. They work tirelessly hard to do the best for both tenant and landlord. An absolute joy to work with alongside a great outcome for landlord/tenant!

First Class!

I had a wonderful experience with Beresfords. Eleanor was such a professional lettings consultant with great knowledge of the area. From the beginning the client care was very specific and bespoke to my needs. I was contacted frequently in regards to a range of properties and given advice with lots of guidance from the letting consultant. Eleanor is particularly experienced and as I am still new to the area it was great to have her guidance and support. She is confident friendly and highly professional.

Highly Professional, Thorough, Efficient and Reliable

All the various departments at Beresfords have been extremely helpful. We have had issues with the local authorities and gas safety engineer services over the years and the team (particularly Sara, Cameron, Lauren and Christine) has been great at helping to resolve these problems by contacting these companies and liaising between us, the tenants and the services in a professional and efficient manner.They are brilliant at communicating with us, the landlords, at every step of the way so we are always kept in the loop with what is happening with our property.We would highly recommend Beresfords as a Letting Agent as they are very thorough, professional, efficient and reliable.

Daniel Ives sold our house for us. He was on time for all appointments, took great photos, knowledgable and great from start to finish! He gave sound advice and not only did he sell our house quickly he went above and beyond searching for our forever home plus with my added endless questions and then stressful problems within the chain, he chased solicitors and other agents endlessly, helped with surveyors, solicitor and mortgage recommendations (who were all great!) and helped out of hours many times! We honestly can’t thank him enough, this wasn’t an easy sale and he went well and truly above and beyond, not one grumble or moan. The other estate agents in the chain weren’t helpful - everyone at Beresfords Brentwood were helpful and understanding throughout all the stress. Dan (and Brentwood branch) we can’t thank you enough!

We contacted Jacob at Beresfords after wasting a couple days of months with a different local estate agent. All I can say is we wish we had gone with Beresfords in the first place. Within a week of our house going on the market with them we had accepted an offer. Everything went through very smoothly after that. We were kept up to date with how things were progressing & everyone we had dealings with were all very professional. We would definitely recommend Beresfords.

Rental property was due for renewal in January. Lauren contacted us and provided the options available and the current market rate.Lauren then contacted the tenants straight away and new terms were agreed within a couple of days. We used Beresford's to sell my late mother's house and could not have been happier with the service we received. Stuart and his team were friendly, polite and professional in every respect and handled the whole process brilliantly including supervising access for surveyors, engineers and the buyer during the lengthy probate period. Hannah grant is a great asset to your company

Popped in to Brentwood beresfords Saturday the 6th of August to inquire about flats to rent in the local area, Hannah found a flat for me to view and arranged a viewing the same day at 3 pm. The flat was exactly what I was looking for , Hannah was a very professional polite down to earth lady who made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. I said I was very interested in the flat ,but maybe just give the carpets a clean, within a hour of viewing Hannah called me back to give me the good news the flat would be mine with the bonus of new carpets being fitted !. So thanks again Hannah for making it a very pleasant journey from start to finish
