GoogleRecently sold a property with Xavi and Co and although it took a lot longer than I'd hoped I was more than happy with the service provided by the team there. In particular Michael the estate agent who responded quickly every time I had questions and helped me in the end to move the slow solicitors into action. Great guy and great estate agents.

GoogleWith so many estate agencies on the market, it is not that common to find such professional and passionate people. Alberto is always available to support and really prompt in fixing any problem. Ena and the rest of the Xavi and Co team are kind and helpful on every occasion. I would definitely recommend!

I’m genuinely sad to have since left and realising how spoiled I was with their service. Esp Ena, she always answers any request right away with a smile and I will genuinely miss her. We had connected on a local Facebook page for something totally unrelated but he got me out of a real bind. If I were to ever buy, sell or do anything related to property management I would 100% use them, as they go above and beyond for the local community

GoogleUndoubtedly the best estate agents in Brentford. If you are buying, selling or renting in Brentford, I would recommend Xavi&Co. They helped me sell my flat in Brentford Dock in record time and at a very good price. The whole team is amazing. Alberto the owner, who lives in Brentford, has a very good knowledge of the local market and has a great network. He is honest and most importantly he will deliver as he promised.

Responsive and prompt in fixing issues with the flat with a turn around time of a day or even less - in the last instance , a quick video call , within 20 mins of me reporting the issue, was all it took to fox an issue with a window not closing shut . GoogleSo professional yet sensitive! We rented a home from them and I found them extremely courteous, responsive and sensitive to our needs. There are few agencies who were quite rude and demotivating, but Xavi folks were always very positive. In the end I stretched my budget, which means there positivity earned them a customer! I would happily engage them for my property as renting is not just a business but a bunch of dreams for both people buying homes or renting homes and such experience should always be pleasant...
