She has been very proactive and gone out of her way to assist the process - including reassuring me along the way. Xavi & Co have delivered what it says on the tin and sold my property without any compromises. Furthermore, Ellie was able to source short term tenants at very short notice to suit my circumstances. GoogleWe have been with Xavi and Co since 2013. The service has been outstanding, both for ourselves as Landlords and for the tenants we have had since day one. Alberto has been a great professional who has on numerous occasions gone above and beyond the contracted service levels to help either ourselves or the tenants. His knowledge of the Island, where we have our flat, is second to none and has proven invaluable many times over the years. If I could award 6 stars I would.

They have managed three properties of mine, and all have had reliable tenants and received the very best attention. We were unfortunate enough to have had a challenging time with our solicitors, but Ellie helped us remain optimistic. GoogleI have used many estate agents around London for buying, selling, renting and leasing flats and I can 100% say Xavi & Co have been the very best. I have rented a flat through Alberto to the same tenants for 4 years and he always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is always running smoothly and all parties are happy. GoogleBest letting agency!! I can't recommend Xavi & Co highly enough. I have moved many times while in London and I have never come across such a superb letting agency. They are great professionals and have ethos. They are very helpful and accommodating and nothing is too much for them. Although the whole letting process with other agents can be lengthy and stressful with them is was exceptionally smooth and simple. Alberto is amazing and I will always be grateful to him , quoting his own words he knows the flats he rents like the back of his hands. Ena and Kylie are true assets to the team, very knowledgeable, always polite and eager to help. Since Xavi and Co manage the properties they rent they have a great team of technicians. Special thanks to Vedo and his brother and Carlos who are highly skilled and can fix just anything with perfection and emphasis to the details. I hope Xavi and Co grows as a business and opens agencies in every corner of London so everyone can have the positive experience I had.

GoogleBuying a property during the pandemic, before stamp duty holiday window closed, was a challenging task . However this was made so much easier with the help of Xavi &Co, in particular Michele who was very informative, displayed a great level of professionalism and was very flexible when it came to short notice access for additional viewings of the property. He was always on hand to answer any questions and was great at promptly communicating any queries we had to the sellers. Our purchase would have taken much longer if it weren't for his hard work. In short if you are buying or selling in the Brentford or Isleworth area I would highly recommend that you do so with Xavi & Co.

Rest assured this Agency really look after their tenants, putting all there needs first. Every staff member I have dealt with Alberto, Kasia and Ena have all been very friendly and professional. GoogleUnbelievably painless experience. Working with Kasia was quick and painless. I told her what I was looking for and my price range. Not only did she come in under my budge, but with an extra bed room and garage parking. Alberto, took care of everything instantly and had me in my flat in 2 days. The level of attention, care and customer service that Xavi & Co provided was amazing. Once in the flat the few little snagging issues in the flat were all sorted in the first few day. Hands down the best letting company I've ever dealt with.
