Scheduled a viewing and called when running late; the office confirmed the viewing could still be done. However, upon arrival at the property, no one was there. Had to walk to the office and was then told in person that the view couldn’t happen, and they would reach out the following day. Just poor service. If a viewing is not going to happen, it's important to inform the person beforehand to avoid unnecessary travel. .

Beware of renting through Hunters Brentford! Our experience was tainted by two significant issues. Firstly, they failed to disclose that the property was soon to be sold, leaving us unexpectedly stressed. Secondly, despite giving a two-month notice, they extended our tenancy by 5 days without our consent, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Prospective tenants, exercise caution with this agency. Transparency and honesty are lacking. Consider alternatives or proceed with extreme caution.

I let the property from Hunter agency 1 year ago and was dealing with one of the agents, her name was pretty and I wasn’t happy with her we tried to talk to her supervisor but no response and we had several issues at property which they couldn’t dissolve and we had to leave there just want to share this feedback because she is not right person to work there, if you need more information i can let you know by detail.
