She succeeded to convince Rehan to make higher offer. The speed of handling deal was very short and within a twelve hours she managed acceptance of an increased offer. I have used Hunters for the first time to let out my property and have found them very professional and effective. Having not ventured into being a landlord before, Hunters put me at ease in terms of doing their compressive searches on prospective tenants, arranging viewings and keeping me updated on progress. I was amazed at how many viewings took place and the speed at which the tenants were referenced and chosen. Both Vik and Preeti have been brilliant in managing this all the way through and I have full confidence that this service will carry on whilst they provide the full management of the property.
