I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jedidiah from Hunter Estate Agency, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed. We have just completed on our late mum's property and can't thank Josh and Arun enough on the way the sale has been handled..On initial meeting we were impressed that Arun bought Josh along with him to see the property as he would be the one to contact potential buyers. Within a day we had 20 plus viewings arranged which was incredible..4 offers arrived and was able to discuss with Arun the position of each one as he and Josh had already checked out they're circumstances..unfortunately the buyers backed out after 5 weeks but Josh was back contacting previous viewers and new viewers and 2 days later another sale was agreed at a higher price..this sale has gone ahead to completion with Josh informing us at every stage of the procedure..We are so happy we chose Hunters Estate Agent Brentford to sell, they handled everything very sensitively for us as we were stil in going through the grieving process..Thankyou Josh Arun and the team, we highly recommend

We recently completed a sale with Hunters. We'd had the property on for 6 months without an acceptable offer so switched agent to these guys on a recommendation. We accepted an offer within 2 months of the switch. Huge thanks to Arun who went above and beyond as we were dealing with a couple of sets of slow solicitors and what transpired to be a difficult buyer. One of my worst experience buying a house from hunters

One of my worst experience buying a house from hunters auction. House was listed on website and tenanted for a fixed amount of rent which I was told by the auction agent called Robert. Also house was in bad state but got told tenants don’t care so why do you. Only to find out later on that tenants have never paid anywhere near that amount and it’s so much lower. So was lied to first of all and then later to meet the tenants and for them to tell us all the work they was promised and they wanted the house fixing top to bottom. What an absolute joke and waste of time and money. Keep your money and go elsewhere they will tell you anything just to sell a house that is overpriced

Rude, poor service - a must avoid for renters

Rude, get passed around from pillar to post while they try to ignore your requests or questions. Tried for years to get them to fix things but just continually fell on deaf ears. Now they're trying to claim issues are my fault which are down to shoddy contractors (which they use consistently, including at one point despite having had yearly gas checks, I get told that the previous 6 years hasn't been done properly and the build up that caused a leak was because of this. Everything is everyone's issue but theirs. Renters, avoid at all costs!

Awful customer service

I remain deeply disappointed in the way my most recent complaint has been handled at their Newcastle branch. The way the branch manager speaks to tenants is appalling! If you have a complaint then don’t expect any sympathy or accountability. We have rented this property for 11 years and in that time, we have been superb tenants but sadly that doesn’t mean anything to them. I anticipate a reply to this which will more than likely attempt to completely contradict what I’ve written here but just know that our experience has not been a positive one!

illegal procedures - 1 bed property Sparks Close (Terrible Agent & Terrible Landlord)

1 bed property Sparks Close, Dagenham, RM8 - Landlord and hunters agent where complicit in illegal procedures regarding discrimination. We went through all the paper work and wasted 2 weeks till they call me and tell me the Landlord dont want a baby in the property. Don't trust them slow untrust worthy. And definitely dont rent the sparks close 1 bed property, Landlord seems like a handful save your self
