Unprofessional management. Dexter's has no regard for a tenant - landlord relationship. They were not able to locate a rent payment in their systems (which happened on time and in full) and without checking with me on email they informed the landlord that the tenant is not paying the rent and not is not reachable. Recommend against using them as they don't even have the decency to apologize and rather blame me for an "incorrect reference". They were able to track the payment with the same reference for the last 3 months by the way.

Me and my mom were looking for an apartment very last minute as we had an unfortunate and unexpected situation with the original apartment we were supposed to move in, however Narayan Suman has been amazing in helping us find a place. Khadijah is fantastic. We were looking for a house in July it was an impossible task, we were really desperate. All the houses we were shown were overpriced 'shitholes' and there was no time to see them being taken, I don't even know why! Suddenly I got a call from Khadijah and there the miracle... the perfect house had arrived! She helped us as best she could and was very professional and understanding, a rare trait among agents! I promised myself that if I had to move house I would only trust her! She was able to handle my anxieties and worries, she understood the difficulties of not finding the right house and above all she knew immediately how to manage a house contract with Visa!!! I have been renting the flat from Dexters for two years now and when it was time to move again, it was Dexters where I checked first. With all the pleasure I must admit that they work the best for me. Thanks to Astle's help I will be moving into a new place really soon. Astle understood that I am working full time and cannot answer the phones or read messages during that time. He arranged everything to happen when I had a moment to do so and patiently waited for my responses.
