I have been renting with Dexter Agency for over two years now, and my experience has been truly positive. After struggling to find a private rental property as a single mother, Dexter Agency gave me a chance when no one else would. That meant more to me than I can express. Marc Hedges (& Dexter Brentford team) were just exceptionally brilliant! A HUGE THANK YOU to Marc personally for delivering an excellent and exceptional service!! We were doing this remotely (in addition to a rather complex list of requirements), and instantly felt at ease as we realised that Marc’s quality of service was not only highly impressive but way different than the other 3 agents we were working with, so, we just sat back and relax, having full faith in Marc (& team) to work his magic! 1) attention to details [got us a dream tenant in no time!!, everything to a tee, THANK YOU SO MUCH] 2) great communication, be it insight / stats on the rental market, competitor intelligence, tips / recommendations (even on how to negotiate better with the competitor agency), all while strategizing for max impact, love it!! Marc was always meticulous, highly respectful and very honest / transparent, we fully trusted his guidance. 3) highly proactive, Marc was clearly in the driver’s seat from Day 1 (indeed we waited for his call for weekly updates, which sadly was not a service we received from elsewhere) Given my experience with multiple agents (and complicated needs), I will highly recommend Marc as a lead contact for any lettings in Brentford, really impressive work & pro service, very satisfied customers.

Charlie was exceptionally resourceful in understanding and assisting us towards our needs renting a property. He quickly calibrated the type of flats he presented to us and we found a really nice home in no time. Dexters Brentford adopts a collaborative teamwork approach and special shoutout to Arek for guiding us through any rough corners of the process. It is rare to have positive experiences with Estate Agents yet Dexters Brentford is a quite positive exception! Edit after around 1 year: -The first few property management team members we were in contact were not totally responsive, yet things turned around in a very positive way once we established a contact with Kier Marie! Kier quickly understood our minor and major issues with the property and devised quick and efficient solutions!
