I have lived in one of the one-bedroom flats and can safely recommend it as a great place to live. My flat itself has plenty of space, with lots of natural light, a nice view from the eighth floor, good appliances, and a built-in wardrobe. During winter, it was efficient to heat; during summer, it doesn't get too hot in summer as my previous new-build flat used to, probably because of the ventilation system. I can keep my windows closed most of the summer; it doesn't build up condensation, and I don't get much dust. I never hear my neighbours, and sometimes I don't even notice when there's a match on, which I thought I would before moving in. There's also a good mix of young professionals and families living here, which I like. In terms of the area, there's a Sainsbury's across the street and some takeaway places and pubs. I also like to go on walks along the river or enjoy a pint in one of the pubs there. It's well connected for West London and a strategic point of access to areas like Kew, Richmond, Chiswick, Brentford, and Ealing. The only downside maybe is the trains are less frequent on weekends, so it takes a bit longer to go to central. As I'm moving out to the new flat I bought, I want to give a special thanks to the staff. They helped me a lot both times I lost my keys, and they were very accommodating with some special circumstances.

Don't book these apartments! We booked a weeks stay at end of July. Although the apartment is spacious and new they do not have basic facilities. Toilet seat was broken and it took 3 days for someone to come and fix it. No microwave or fans notwithstanding the summer heatwave. Can't sleep at night due to the heat and the Apo staff recommends us to keep the windows open to let air in but the apartment is by the side of the M4 which has 24HR trafic. I came here with the family including 2 children and it has been anightmare. AVOID THIS PLACE.

My experience living here itself was very pleasant and great neighborhood. Too bad that the staff and management company that run the property are incredibly incompetent. I had just returned from my holiday and discovered mould in my bathroom, and reported this to the person they sent to do the pre-check, who at the time thanked me for reporting it to him and that he’d get it taken care of. However, he didnt record or submit any of that and now the management have turned around and slapped me with the bill for the mould citing it was never reported. Very shady and two-faced of them, especially the finance person, with whom my experience has been awful dealing with this whole move out process. Make sure you are documenting every single interaction with them by email/in writing as they don’t seem to honour their word with regards to anything. Update: their manager got in touch recently and was very kind and actually seemed to care about how my experience was and remediated the damage done to an adequate standard. Appreciate the work done to patch up the poor experience from the finance guy.

Watkins and underwood house have the credibly terrible plumbing due to which the water supply is down for extended hours on random days and also internally causes moulds and damage within the walls across various apartments. That would have been fine and all if the property managers addressed it in a timely manner. However, when verbally reported - especially when your contracts are close to expiry, they turn around after you’ve left to charge you for it. Very poor tactic.

We lived at Apo Kew Bridge from Sept 2022 to Jan 2024, and it was by far the best and happiest place we have ever lived. Unforeseen circumstances meant we had to leave, but we hope to return soon as we have truly loved our time there. We stayed in two separate furnished apartments during our time, a two-bed and a studio and both were fantastic - lots of natural light, great furniture provided and a fantastic amount of space. The co-working and shared spaces have been amazing as we both worked from home the majority of the time. It allowed us to work from home without going mad like in lockdown! The gym is brilliant also. What makes Apo particularly special though is the team. They have been great to us throughout our time there, always incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Thank you Apo Kew Bridge team, we'll miss you guys but hope to see you soon!

We stayed at Apo from Aug 2022 to Aug 2023 and must say there wasn't a day we didn't congratulate ourselves for choosing such an amazing place! From our flat on the 7th floor we had views of the Thames and the beautiful skyline which was amazing to wake up to - any season. Much has already been said about the connectivity and the common area/ terrace etc, I would add the double security and in - house services for repairs, breakage etc which makes living there most safe and convenient. To add, a very active and amazing team of property managers host multiple events and festivals to ensure there is never a dull moment!

Beautiful building right on top of Kew bridge station and 10 minutes walk from Gannesbury tube station. The apartments are really nice with Beoconcept furnitures, pet friendly and wonderful communal areas. The people working for Apo are so friendly and helpful, you feel like living in a five stars hotel.

The staff is very inefficient, the kitchen doesn't work for a week, The Dishwasher doesn't work for three months, no one comes to solve the problem, the permanent excuse is to describe their problems on the web page, send pictures of the equipment, in fact, there is still no one to send pictures and videos to solve the problem, if the equipment problem can be solved with pictures, I think no staff, no effective service. The staff even opened the door of my girlfriend's room, just said a wrong room, no apology. James, in particular, can not accept non-native English speakers and refuses to communicate with non-native English speakers. My girlfriend could get a decent job in London, but he still couldn't understand her and left in the middle of the conversation. Impatience. Do not want to understand the tenants. I seriously doubt that this apartment is very racist.

This place has been very bad from the beginning. I am unsure about if you live here full-time, bit I would highly suggest not booking a flat on Airbnb. The noise is awful, the beds are hard and very uncomfortable, there is only one key provided even with multiple people on a booking, and the folks are totally unwilling to help resolve these issues. The only bright spot was the desk clerk on the first day who helped us because all of the information about checking in that we received was wrong. Oh and it was fairly clean.

Moved into our first apartment in London here at APO and we couldn't be happier. The central management team and the concierge team are incredibly lovely and helpful. The facilities are fantastic - a fully equipped gym, free wifi as well as spaces within the buildings to work and relax. The apartments themselves are very well designed and have the best in class equipment for heating, electricity and water. Not to mention the rotation of rolling restaurants that APO has - delicious! Super accessible to public transport as well (2 mins away from bus stops and the Kew Bridge train station) and the whole place is pet-friendly!!! We would be back here in a heartbeat but had to move away for work. Thank you APO team! You are missed dearly!

We have moved to APO Kew Bridge Galleria House in August, 2022. Moving in procedures were so easy and welcome package was so thoughtful. We really like the place because of the amenities provided by the APO (especially the Local ) and also friendly, always helpful front desk staff ( Sheldon, Ben, Thomas, Angela, Alexandra ). We are really glad that we have chosen as our Home, because it really feels like one ! * Not to mention the parks, pubs, easy transportation route and nice walking areas near the building !
