*EDIT* APO since responded with a new email address to direct complaints to which turns out to be an INACTIVE email address. There is still no response to any of my communications. Worst management imaginable. We lived at APO for 18 months and had a mixed experience but the poor management and lack of resolution of issues was a recurring theme. When we moved out they offered to withhold from our returned deposit the amount of our heating bill (switch 2 - the provider that APO partner with) and arrange payment with the provider on our behalf. (I have email proof of this). Since we moved out (already 18 months ago) switch 2 have been chasing for this payment and now threatening legal action. Neither switch 2 nor APO have replied to any of my contact since leaving me with nothing but a bad reminder of our time there.

Ow my, all staff and reception is so amazing there:) Especially Ray and Ben - I lived there 4 years in and out twice, and their service is impressive, they are kind, very friendly, helpful and provide very professional service. They have everything you need there, even a coffee shop on the ground floor, and a Co-Op shop too - so convenient! Great place to live! The staff are lovely and friendly, and maintenance issues get sorted very fast, makes it less stressful to deal with brekages or other things when renting professionally managed flats, especially in London! Big shout-out to Ray - great with people and genuinely caring. I always felt confident leaving anything in his hands because he consistently went above and bebyond to help. I've lived here for almost 2 years, and the only issue i had was with how post rooms organised - even with lockers available some delivery companies would leave everything in one big pile, making it hard to find parcels, especially smaller ones. But to be fair that is down to the delivery guys.

We can't recommend Apo enough! From the moment we arrived in London, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. As a pet-friendly residence, Apo stood out, and we feel fortunate to have found this gem. Matt, our initial point of contact, was fantastic! He showed us around and answered all our questions, making us feel at ease. The host team has some exceptional members, notably Ben, who has been a rockstar! His prompt responses, helpful guidance, and friendly demeanor have made him a standout. Whether we had questions or concerns, Ben was always there to help. Thank you, Ben, for your dedication and support - you've made a huge difference in our stay! The maintenance by Lee, has been efficient and courteous. Lee's expertise, professionalism, and kind nature have made him a joy to work with. He addressed any issues promptly and kept us informed throughout the process. APO KEW BRIDGE APARTMENTS - Negative points - - There is no reception, so if you arrive before check-in, which is at 3:00 p.m., there is no possibility of early check-in. - Therefore there is no possibility of leaving the suitcase. - It is far from the center (about 30' by metro or bus [I recommend the bus]). - Few amenities, no toothpaste! - There is no room service. - You cannot regulate the temperature of the apartment, but since it is London, you open the window and it was cooler. + Positive points + + The apartment itself is spacious and very charmingly decorated, it shows that they are very new. + The bed and pillows were very comfortable. + Hair dryer. + The shower with bathtub and the huge bathroom mirror. Despite having very modern, comfortable and spacious apartments, if you want to visit central London, these apartments are not very convenient. But I don't have any complaints about the apartment, it was a gift so we didn't choose the place.

Apo Kew is a lovely modern development located right next to Kew Bridge station with great links to London. The interior design throughout the property and flats is sleek, modern and minimalist. There are several cool hung out/workplaces and roof terraces for residents which provides a speedy Wifi, with a new Gym opening very soon. There are a lot of security cameras within development as well as secure entrance which makes property feel very safe. Apo team continues organising a variety of great events for residents. The management team is simply fantastic! A big thank you to Sheldon, Alexandra, Angela, Tomaz, Ben and Ilia for making my stay enjoyable and issue free! Having lived here for last 6 months, I highly recommend Apo for a lovely, safe and convenient rental accommodation.

Having recently moved to London, and needing a safe space to call home, the team at Apo Kew Bridge has gone above and beyond to make this a reality. Based in West London, very conveniently located near to a train and underground station, bus stations, nearby grocery stores, coffee shops and a 5 min walk to the riverside, this modern block of buildings provide all the amenities we were looking for in an apartment (balcony with amazing views, furnished two bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms, and fitted with brand new, modern appliances and furniture), guaranteeing a comfortable stay in our new home. The building also provides an incredible co-working space on the 12th floor in Galleria House, a rooftop deck with outdoor barbecue facilities, a mailroom, concierge, a variety of events to encourage a sense of community in the building and so much more. One of the main highlights to staying here would have to be the resident host team, who are always ready and willing to assist to the best of their ability. A massive thank you to Sheldon, Ben, Tomasz, Aleksandra, Angie, Akash and the rest of the team for always doing their best to make our stay in this fantastic development that much better. Queries are always addressed and resolved in a timely manner, and it's always a pleasure when walking through reception to interact with them, sometimes even just for a chat and catch up. Looking forward to many more months calling Galleria House with Apo Kew Bridge home.

I moved out of the property over a year ago and agreed to a £175.20 deduction from my deposit to cover professional cleaning. The deposit confirmation email clearly reflects that this amount was taken. Despite this, I keep receiving emails claiming I still owe the same amount. Their records should show otherwise, and yet, even after repeatedly bringing this to their attention, my emails continue to go unacknowledged. If I were to return to London, APO would be my last choice. During my tenancy, their lack of reliability was consistent: the gym, initially promised to open in 2022, wasn’t available until a year later - without any explanation or accountability from management. In addition, both I and other residents repeatedly requested window cleaning, but mine was never done, and those requests were routinely ignored.

As an honest review, we are absolutely blown away with the service and maintenance since moving into Apo Kew. It’s a fantastic place to live if you are new to London, or for those who have lived here for years like us. 1) the concierge is so fancy, you feel like you at stepping into a hotel 2) everything is brand new, very little faults with anything since moving in 3) the staff and security are absolutely wonderful, they will bend over backwards to help you with anything 4) the ‘communal space’ is perfect for any hangouts or work from home activities 5) distance from Kew Bridge station is about 1 min so perfect for heading into central London. Overall, our experience here has been great and is really good value for money. It’s also very quiet even being by the roads and train station. I would highly recommend moving here to anyone.
