Would like to specially mention Adam who is really supportive, kind and helpful. The best thing is even if something in missing in the rental property and you would put up a request regarding it to Adam, he would go above and beyond and try to provide that.

This is a company who really cares about their clients best interest, even though it may mean that they may lose business from the client.
The first time I got in contact with Property Link Estate agents I was hoping to sell a property. The owner Malik took so much of his time and spoke to me, found out the reasons for selling, he gave me different options and alternatives. This phone conversation was very long and he basically advised me against selling, even though he lost potential income from the sale.
I eventually decided against selling the property and signed up with Property Link Estate agents to manage this particular property.
The property Manager Zoheb, really looks after the property and the maintenance and deals with all the tenants. My property has not looked better.
It’s truly a hassle free dealing with Property Link Estate Agents, the rent is always on time, property is maintained.

GoogleFlat wasn't as described, with there being no internet access when Wi-Fi internet was listed as a feature in renting the property.
Bathroom was in poor condition, after only 2-3 months of staying in the flat, one of the taps had come loose causing water to flow uncontrollably.
TWO of the four hobs on the oven-top were not functional.
Not just this, but staff members aggressively shouted down the phone to my girlfriend causing her unneeded distress and reduced her to tears when she was ordered to rush through conversing with me about the deposit and paying it as quick as possible.
Would NOT recommend, unless you want a temperamental flat with FOUL customer service.

They are quick to respond to all my inquiries even if it’s after normal business hours for them and keep me updated on the the status of the tenancy and other items they recommend which always line up with the actions we would have likely taken. They are very careful in sourcing contractors that provide the best services at reasonable prices which we truly appreciate.
