Thank you Adam and the Team at PropertyLink I received a fantastic service at PropertyLink who are second to none in the letting and management of properties. Adam was very professional in his dealings with me. He explained their letting process; answered all my questions satisfactorily, and got me a good tenant having referenced them thoroughly. There were some issues that needed to be sorted out at my flat before commencement of the tenancy and Adam took care of them all effortlessly; he engaged the services of the right trades to do the job at very competitive prices. Communication was great as I received emails/ messages responses promptly. When I visited their busy office, I found a well-organised, hard working and very polite team who were answering client's queries promptly as the calls came in. My dealings with them have been stress-free and as a landlord, I can confidently say that my property is being looked after and treated with great care as if it were their own. Rented from this smallfamily-owned business for a year. Saddly, I had to move a few days ago to be closer to my son's school. From the first meeting a year ago to moving out few days back, it's been nothing but professionalism, prompt response and an unbelievable camaraderie between agents & tenants.
