Neela Patel is an exceptionally good and empathetic estate agent. She actively listens and responds accordingly. She doesn't mouth platitudes or sound inane - her opinions are her own and thought out by lived experience, hers. Neela is patient and I found she didn't rush me or seem keen to move on to view the next property but gave me the time I required. The whole viewing experience seemed to be about me and my needs and feelings. In my long experience of buying houses in England with my husband ( before I became a widow) Neela is a rare commodity - an estate agent who gives herself over to the buyer 100%. I was very impressed by her professionalism and kindness.

Had an appointment with the Charlton office, they were late. I called, was told they were parking. Waited more. Nothing until the manager called 40 minutes after the appointment basically stating that they had no phone to call when they did not see the concierge so left. This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend you waste your time if this is their first impression.

Much better than managing it myself

Using Marsh and Parsons property management service was an enormous improvement from trying to manage the tenancy as a landlord. Elisabeth was fantastic as a managing agent. All issues were resolved swiftly with the absolute minimum amount of admin and engagement required from me. This was a huge improvement from the laborious approach to liaising with tenants and contractors myself to try to triangulate and resolve issues and attendance. Highly recommend.

Quick & easy change of occupancy

We rent a property through Marsh and Parsons and opted for a change of occupancy so we could exit our contract early. The entire team has been really helpful and Jasmin in particular has been a big help to us. Jasmin has been very professional and efficient with her communication throughout the process. We had a slight issue with Rightmove regarding tenant referencing (no fault of Marsh and Parsons) and she resolved the issue promptly. She's also been very patient in answering my countless questions!

We had a great experience with Marsh & Parsons recently when they sold our flat. They were realistic about the price we should launch at and that helped us attract offers over asking price, rather than starting too high and having to price reduce later down the line. Toby Patman in particular was tenacious about booking in viewers and was always quick to provide feedback and updates. He was also invaluable during the conveyancing process and communicated with the buyers' solicitors and ours to make sure everyone was on the same page and to make the sale happen.

Highly recommend Harry Bunn!

Harry Bunn was my property manager at a Marsh and Parsons-managed property for a year. As a tenant, I could not have asked for a more caring, communicative property manager. He went out of his way to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely manner, liaising between me and the landlord effectively, to serve both parties' interests. I had a really poor experience with M&P. I entered my flat contract on assurances that I later found out were false, found processes that should have taken weeks to take months, and communication was consistently unhelpful. I’m really sorry to say I wouldn’t use them again.

Abdullah was incredibly helpful during emergency

2 weeks ago the toilet in our flat experienced a severe clog and required multiple visits from plumbing engineers. Abdullah Leghari (our property manager) was extremely responsive during the day of the incident and was able to help us arrange for a plumber to come that very same day! The plumber was unable to resolve the issue, and we were left without a working toilet for over a week. Thankfully Abdullah was consistently on top of this issue, pushing and chasing the plumbing company. Thanks to his efforts they were finally able to send someone over and the issue has been completely resolved!! He truly went above and beyond to help us resolve this!
