GoogleRented a property for 2 years and all I can say is I’m applauded with the service of Marsh and Parsons. The agents I had were not professional, as I had a few issues here and there with payments as I fell ill and lost my job plus cost of living happened and always delayed with emails sometimes didn’t even respond back to calls neither, found myself chasing them down all the time unless it was something that was of interest to them - otherwise I had to chase them and it was draining. Had various disputes with the Landlady due to miss communication with agent to landlord even having all my stuff thrown to waste which I then had a huge issue with my landlady and yet again was down to the agent not contacting me and it has been a nightmare up until today which I left the property on the 13th of May and yet still having ongoing issues with them not getting figures right of payments I have made, having to constantly send the proof of payment. The one agent I can say I was very happy with her service was Omariya, she was amazing with contacting me and helping me with further issues within the property other than that, horrible customer service, feels like a bunch of kids in a office the best way to describe. So glad I’m done with them now. Would not recommend.

Stay far away from them. Sarah Warmington handled my case and I must say all of these agents are crooks.. They tried to force me to rent out my flat to an inappropriate tenant which they didn’t even want to expose. Eventually I found out who the proposed tenant was and got the shock of my life. When I refused I got called all sorts of things by this agent!! And she tried to scam me on so much money as a punishment for not letting my flat (yes, I’m talking about 1300 pounds), and keep in mind that I had not signed any contract with them!!! Even the receptionist at the agency tried to stop me from calling the support centre by hiding the phone number with his own hands. Absolutely repelled by these criminals!!!

The head office is not responsive and they just don't care, the service is average and the head office does not respond to customers' complaints.The young agents are let down and not supported by the head office. I could write a full-page, however, I will not waste any more valuable time, other than say stay away from the agency. HEAD OFFICE DO NOT RESPOND. STAY AWAY FROM THE AGENCY.
