They were so professional throughout, striving hard to get the right tenants, always straight, correct and genuinely friendly. They never put me under any pressure, had full understanding for my needs and concerns and I could rely on them in all respects. Hassan even stayed overtime and went out of his way to help the tenants during their moving in. Aida tried her best in our negotiating and they all made my experience as pleasant, easy and straightforward as possible.

We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.

GoogleThey have been really efficient in getting people through the door. We got an offer in the first few weeks, when the deal fell through they have managed to get it back under offer swiftly . The only criticism I would have when the first buyer pulled out, there were some signs that made me question their commitment but the agent was pretty sure the sale would go through. I think their expertise should have told them that it wasn't to be. Nevertheless these things happen and overall I would still rate their service highly.
Ivan dealt with our property and worked tirelessly to get things sorted so we can exchange as soon as possible.
