GoogleI have rented a room at the beginning of the year. The landlord was supposed to carry out some works in the room before I moved in. On my move in date the room was far from being in good condition. Anish, the agent, help me dealing with the landlord and took over the maintenance work in order to fix all the issues with in the less time possible. I am very happy with the service provided and it is good to know that there are still letting agents that care about the tenants. 5 stars.

GoogleI stumbled on Alto Residential while searching for a flat through one of the popular property websites. I was a bit hesitant at first because I had no prior knowledge of the company, but my mind was quickly put at ease because they were responsive, followed all due processes (e.g. referencing through Rent4sure), and they were able to adapt their rental processes to the lockdown.
They were also a great liaison between the Landlord and I and helped us reach a middle ground a couple of times.
I corresponded mostly with Anish and based on this experience, I recommend them.
