GoogleWouldn't recommend going to viewing with this company. I was made to register on the site before I could attend a viewing (unlike any other letting agent I have encountered in 10+ years of renting). The rent was advertised as a set price, but then only after taking time to attend a viewing, I was told I would need to make an offer above the advertised rent to have any chance of success. This was therefore beyond my budget, and thus a total waste of time for me, the tenant (who actually really clicked with me) and the agent himself. I wouldn't recommend letting or renting with this company.

On my move in date the room was far from being in good condition.
