Delays in getting repairs done in the property . For example 6 weeks without a washing machine . Calls never returned . Very poor customer service especially when ending my tenancy . Friendly until you sign and move in , then they aren't interested in you anymore . Will never use them again

In the 3/4 days of calling, they only managed to answer their phone once (called on 3 different numbers) and didnβt respond to any emails. Kind of glad the flat I wanted to rent is let agreed now cause they wonβt waste any more of my time.

Abbotts is a very professional company. Their knowledge of the law is exceptional. My main dealings were with Pat Case and Jack Bidwell who were very supportive and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Abbots to anyone to sell their home.

When you have a serious issue and have no water for 2 days after being out of the property for 6 weeks now. Nobody can wash especially an 18month old child and adults after being at work all day

Never try to book a viewing with Abbott Mildenhall, horrible service. Wait for weeks and every time coming back with the excuse, we are fully booked.
